I too have been receiving at least one call a day from this number and many others!!  To the point where i take my phone off the hook as it is getting out of control.

Thanks to this website i phoned this number back - and yes they work for a number of charities.  I pressed 2 to be put through to a customer service rep and she took me off their 'call' list.  It takes up a week to activate but she said it would be done.

I did mention i was on the Do Not Call Register but she said that charities are exempt from this.

This number could very well be a scam charity posing as a charity for sick kids. Indian telemarketers pose as charities into conning individuals to part with their money. Perhaps so that they can have some good curries at a very posh restaurant ! Submit all such details to the scam investigation network in your state. Genuine charities do not keep phoning up all over Australia daily. 0365541115 is very likely a con charity. Be on guard and do not get trapped by persons asking for donations over the phone.

Actually its not harassment, the problem lies with you. See the telephone industry is a public network available to everybody,  therefore calling the number issued to you by the telephone company is not harassment.
The problem here is created by you for being ignorant.
The correct thing to do is to answer the phone and find out who it is and why they are calling, And politely advise them if you then choose not to participate.
Stop Complaining that your being harassed, because if you choose to look at this way then you harass all those you come in contact with. such as your employer and other services that you use in this life. and not to forget by no work of your own hands was it all proveded.

Calls from Salvos.
I had been their SALVOS CRISIS PARTNER (donating monthly basis) for over 15yrs.
Since last call , i threaten to cut of my monthly donation .
If they dare to call me again , i will definitely cease my donations to Salvos.

Last year , i ceased my donation to St.Vincent hospital foundation (member of over 19yrs),due to telemarketing calls.

Have answered severl times and get hang up, attempt to return call no answer...so over this

I had a few calls from this number 0385541115 but they have stopped and now I get calls from 0384888242 which tonight I have told them that I will call the police and report them for harrassment if they call me again. I have told them that I am not interested.

Received a call from this number.  I didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message.  It seems to be a telemarketing company for a charity.  I don't support charities as they're crooks out to steal money.  So annoying as they abide to the "Do Not Call Registrar".

I just rang them back and abused them and threatened that if they ring me back I will report them for misconduct.

2 calls within 3 hours no msgs left v.annoying

I am very angry to be recieving these daily phone calls, sometimes 2 and 3 times per day.
Apart from them being a nuisance as there is never anyone there after rushing to answer the phone but as I am an aged  pensioner and disabled it is just not fair. My Husband has recently had hip surgery and is still in some pain also our married children live a distance away so we don't want to miss a call that could be important.

We also get daily calls which shows "OVERSEAS", and again
no one on the other end . surely something could be done to stop this happening.

This number calls on your mobile 4-7 times throughout the day and then your home landline at night. I got caught on the landline, (not thinking) and he called me by my first name. This worries me. I have a silent number and would love to know who or what company they belong too.

This number calls me everyday in from 4pm - 5pm, when I answer, he didn't answer and disconnected it's very annoying me

3 calls in 5 days.
Text message requesting ID would not transmit. Will not ring them.

last 3 messages and any future messages will be deleted.

Tried calling my mobile 4 times in March.  Stopped.  Started again today.  I am on the Do No Call Register.
I do not pick up calls from numbers I cannot identify.  Very annoying.

I got these guys ringing my home and mobile and when I answered, they just hang up, I rang them back and they said it's an automatic dialer, they said they will take my numbers off their system.
