Hmm yet another victim here, just had a call from this number. I didn't answer, they left no message, but when I called back it was that Indian woman people have mentioned, on an answering machine.

I've had a few calls from this number over the last week.  I pick-up and it's all quiet.  I've now memorised the number and jsut let it ring out.  

What I find interesting is that it's my direct line at work - it's not listed anywhere!!!!

This number calls me at least 3 times a day and I'm getting rather frustrated and angry. Close to changing my number. How are these "people" getting private numbers. Obviously I am not the only one that is fed up with the harassment.

I have had this number calling daily, for 3 days. Twice today. Only calls during the day when I am working or driving.

This company called me, saying it is calling on behalf of a funeral house and asked if I had a funeral plan...

I had a call offering insurance originated from Victoria.  
They claimed they bought ph numbers from Axion.
I was not interested in insurance.
Then I was receiving calls from a private caller which I did not want to answered.

Then call from 0399995956.  I supposed it was verification that the line was active.
I did not take calls from 02XXX they verified the number from 03XXX after failing to do so from private caller ID.

Conclusion:
This is a company checking numbers for tele-market.  Indian dial robot going through numbers.
i.e.  Tele market complains about the quality of the ph. numbers they bought, the robot check if there is the response, mark the number as "verified" for further marketing calls.

Indian male he said they were from tax office had $5200 refund. Wanted my deatails. I said what are yours give me proof u r from tax office. Hung up straight away.
Get about 2 calls a day. Started last week 16 Sep 2013

Receiving call after call from this number with no message left.

i just rang them and its a company called lbe or lba, something like that, i just asked them to put my number on their "Do not call list"
hopefully that will work

I am wondering if this is somehow related to the "Teleport" Internet scam?  
There was a pause after taking the call, then click, then voice. Looks like the number was dialed by a computer.  This is not just for fun.  They must be paid to do it.

They are really abusing the line.

Sick to death of these calls. 03 9999 5956. after the 3rd time of asking one guy said he would put my number on the do not call list.

Who ever is spamming our numbers to these indian call centers needs to be put in gaol. I never asked to be on a list to be called by hundreds of indian people.

Just got called again and i'm in Newcastle,
that's is fourth time they have rung me, in a week
I haven't answered at all but i thought it was strange

I keep on getting called by this number. Usually I let it ring out. Never a message. I called back today and just got music, carnival type music

Several missed calls too.  Seems to have started after an Indian sounding guy called and tried to sell me insurance yesterday.  I said no thank you but he kept talking so I hung up.

27 Sep 2013 after a delay questioned me on whether I had a funeral plan, by the way they asked for my business partner but they did not wait to see if I was he.  When I told them this was in place by making sure my estate had plenty of money in it to cover it they started rambling on in their usual way without taking a breath or to get a response so I hung up.
