I agree with all these people. Wayne rips people off. I've nearly finished my contract with him and he hasn't given me my comp cards, no portfolio photos and no folder. And Defamation, noone ever answers the phone at the agency. How on earth are you meant to speak to the people there and ask for you comp cards, when noone returns your emails, noone answers the phone, returns your messages, returns your texts. Nothing. Nothing at all. I have tried many many times and now I have laywers involved. He needs to be put in their place as too many aspiring and innocent young women and men are becoming victims anc cheated by him. I have always felt weird around him, he was never really friendly. He yelled at me once because I wasn't comfortable showing my 'bits'. I dont' care what he tells me Its my body and I'll do what I want with it. I can't wait till my contract expires so I can go to a legitimate agency that does their job.. It's heartbreaking, and my mother copped the massive fees becuase I didnt have to money at the time. I thought I'd one day be able to pay her back by earning money through Wayne. When I was there, two receptionists were there too. I can't understand how they would ever work for a scam artist.

75% of all girls and guys on the web would love their pix to be removed. However, Wayne wont do it. If he ever approach you to work for him PLEASE PLEASE think 10 times!!!!!

You can change the agency right now. dont worry about it. I did exactly the same! The contract you sign is not even a proper contract. There is nowhere written that his agency is 'exclusive'. Meaning you can work for any other agency. So dont even bother to wait:)

Hi, my name is Charlie and I am the new manager of epatant model management. At the time of a lot of these complaints, Wayne Jaye was not well and was suffering from mental illness. He is no longer working in the agency nor does he have strong affiliations with the agency. He is currently focusing on stabilizing his condition and is being treated for this.

It does make me upset that the agencies name has been drawn through dirt because of the things that have happened as a result of his illness and peoples lack of understanding.

Yes the agency has been left stagnant for the past 8 months or so, however I am doing my best to pull it out of the darkness and make it the success it once was again. It will take time to re-build our reputation, however I am putting in the hours and all of the energies my body can physically muster to get it back there. We have a fantastic new team and office in fortitude valley and I believe we can pull through once again.

The reason nobody answers the phone at the agency, is because the website has not been updated, we are no longer located at that office space and that phone line is disconnected. I have sent out an email to all models which have left me a email contact details informing them of all changes etc.

Wayne no longer works in the agency. If anyone has any issues regarding not receiving comp cards, folios or pictures either having been previously or currently signed to epatant please get in touch with me, or even better - I would love for you to come talk about it face to face over a coffee at our new office here at 30 light st fortitude valley, I would love to meet you - and sort your problems out. I sent out 2 emails requesting models to touch base with me so I can update contact details, comp cards, give them our new folios,
setup shoots and re-book classes. It is difficult, if the model does not respond to emails / calls.

Wayne Jaye is not a scam artist, he is a sick man who was not able to stay on-top of the stressful duties an agency requires. Due to his illness he has retired from the agency and no longer works there.

It is hard enough trying to correct the damage that has been caused due to Wayne Jaye's incapability of running the agency due to his illness, let alone having someone like you discouraging potential models to my agency.

What you are doing is serious deformation of character, especially as you have no real knowledge of the situation at hand.

Please desist from all negative communications with potential models immediately. If this does not happen I will not hesitate to seek legal advice and contact the authorities.

Incorrect victim. I do not know what contract you are reading, but the current contract with epatant clearly states that you are bound legally to epatant model management as  your mother agency for one year recurring from the date that contract is signed, unless you submitt a hand written letter 30 days prior to that date or are terminated directly by your agent.

All models who decide to terminate their contracts prematurely or sign with another agency - resulting in us terminating your contract anyways, void all portfolios, comp cards, images or training and owe the agency any start-up discounts incurred as well as all the costs required to remove your profile from the agency.

Yes it is legal - the photographer owns all rights to the photos, unless you have paid for them, in which case you are entitled to the copies you have paid for. If you have not recieved photos that you have paid for please contact charlie@epatant.com.au, and I will try to resolve this.

wayne may be sick, but he has done nothing but screw people over. he owes a lot of people money and one of them is me. i would never some back to the angency unless i know that he is 100% out of there and has nothing to do with it.

Since my last post I officially, retract all positive and supportive comments regarding epatant and Wayne Jaye. I no longer work at the agency due to his complete and utter financial incompetence and manipulative nature. He is still owner of the company and has since taken back management since my departure.

Be wary all potential models and guardians of this man. I strongly advise to all aspiring models to avoid signing with epatant, as you will lose your hard earned money to this blatant scam artist.

Epatant does not have a business bank account, nor does the business supply you with legitimate receipts - if any. The ATO is currently investigating him and his company for tax evasion. He has no permanent paid staff, and barely works --> so you would be lucky to receive work through this agency.

To all potential staff of epatant, do not work for this man. He will not pay you wages or sign you legally under a working contract. He will take your money, and your time then toss you to the curb just like every other employee in the past, when he's gotten what he wants from you.

Do not fall for his pity party, good natured facade or put trust into Wayne Jaye. He is a liar and a user. All of the above stories are true, and I myself have lost a large sum of money to this man and his company.

He is a complete creep and utter scumbag. He will get what he deserves and should wake up and apply for bankruptcy as his business is washed up, his photos are sexually explicit, creepy and of poor quality. Industry professionals know epatant for all of these things and will not work with epatant for these very reasons.

he talked me up & made me think that i was going to be a star. i believed him and borrowed a lot of money from my parents. he is so convincin. dont believe him he is a liar. did not hear from him for over a year. did not recieve work. did not recieve what i payed for. he made me pose topless and made suggestive comments. i felt very uncomfortable when he was around. he put embaressing photos on the website and when asked to take em down, would not do it. charlie is right. did not recieve reciepts. he made me feel less of a person. and my self esteem is at an all time low becuz of him. he is unreliable and unstable. do not trust him with ur money or time.

Wayne is a professional manipulator.  I feel sorry for everyone that has been scammed by him, hopefully karma wins in the end.

I actually worked for Wayne, he owes me over $1000 for weeks of work I did unpaid. For the year I spent there I never received a full pay check and if I happened to manage to squeeze a couple of hundred out of him it was weeks past due. 2 of my co-workers were never paid at all and many more before them. He gave quoters to meet for signing people up regardless of whether they were model material or not, he just wanted to take their money. He would sleep at the office because he owed so many people money and they would come looking for him. One day during a photo shoot 2 large men arrived, he owed someone $25,000 maybe more and they were coming to collect. Wayne is an extremely untrustworthy person to say the least and for anyone readong this considering a modelling career with epatant I would strongly recommend looking else where. Especially young girls, its not a safe enviroment. If you google around I'm sure you'll see why.

i'm so glad more of you are coming forward to tell your stories and warn others of this horrible excuse for a human being. wayne jaye has probably been doing this to all of his "staff" for years, replacing them monthly as soon as they start complaining about wages, or until they leave out of pure frustration from not being paid. he takes advantage of kind, good natured, trusting ppl and sucks them in through his mental illness sob story, which makes it all the more easier for him to get away with what he does.

he is a gutless loser who has not achieved anything worthwhile in his life. he lives beyond his means in a dreamland, when in fact hes got nothing. he's got no real family or friends for that matter. all of his friends on facebook are all randoms he has added and has started chatting to. that's how he draws his victims in. he finds complete strangers who feel sorry for him to run his company for him without paying them. his business epatant model management is a laughing stock in the fashion industry. 95% of the models on the epatant website don't even work there anymore, or refuse to work because he makes them uncomfortable with his creepy looks and comments (not that they've even received any jobs at all). everyone who is anyone in the industry wont work with epatant because of the companies reputation.

wayne jaye hides behind a good samaritan mask, constantly blogging and posting comments about charities, or causes, or illness awareness, however sooner or later his true colours are shown to those who take notice.

i feel sorry for him, hes got nothing, is going nowhere and has got nobody. but then again, he is a mentally unstable, manipulating, pitiful excuse for a human being.

do yourself, and everyone else a favour wayne  and don't chicken out the next time you attempt suicide. you'll have to find a different way this time, because there's no way your ever going to own a bmw again (not that you ever did - we all know you were leasing it with your stolen model signup money and it was all for show).

One things for sure, with the amount of people you've screwed over in your life time, 60 minutes and today tonight are going to have a field day.

until you stop  doing what your doing, shut epatant down and start earning your money the clean way , these messages are never going to stop. there is nothing you can do about them whatsoever so suck it up. you brought this on yourself.

I am so glad that people start posting all these comments about agency and Wayne. I was the one who started to write this msges up here! Hope you guys will think twice before signing up with the agency.

I was in the agency and Wayne Jaye stole money of me, yes I mean stole. I gave him all the money in my account and he took it happily from a hopeful 16 year old girl. He hides behind his bipolar illness and seeks pity from anyone and so be it mental illness is not fun, but he never stopped to concider the pain he put me through by stealing from me. I never got anything that was offered and when I would call and message I wouldn't hear anything back. The one shoot I did have with him he manipulated me into not wearing underwear under my dress as a 16 year old this made me very uncomfortable. He was a creep and scumbag and a completely horrible person. I have now left the agency and moved on to another which found me work almost immediately, my photos are still on his website and I want them off! It breaks my heart to see all the girls and guys falling into his trap on facebook. I have learnt from this experience not to trust anyone without researching, so aspiring models take this from me, DON'T SIGN WITH EPATANT MODEL MANAGEMENT!!!
