I join the list now lol...Received a call this afternoon, when called back it goes straight to VM

dont know who this is or how they got my mobile number as its a Federal Government number.

They have been very annoying.  Calling and hanging up.  I rang 1800807097 and told them to remove my name from their list or I'll complain to the Telecommunications Ombudsman.  I suggest everyone threatens to call the Ombudsman.  This usually works.  Thanks to whoever posted the number to ring.

i have recived calls from that number atleast 3 times aday ,for a month iv contacted vodafone and no help so far ,have no option but to change my number if continous

Twice in a week I have received a call from this number on my personal mobile, everytime I answer they hang up

I have been getting calls from this number for over 18 months. They are on and off and just when i think they've stopped they call again, and again etc etc.

This should be illegal

I got a call from Wyndham hotels about a 10 months ago stating I had won a competition and was valid for a prize if I went to one of their seminars.

At the time I thought this was very odd, as I *never* apply for competitions, so I declied their offer.

Since then I have been getting calls from 0755121013 nearly daily, sometimes up to 4-5 times a day. I have the number saved in my phone as 'Ignore' with a silence tone.

I would love to stop these people from harrasing myself and others asap.

yeh i have been getting these calls too... about 5 times a day.
its crap... hey if ya answer do you get charged.. i wasnt sure
do you get charged if you call back ?

Yes I have been getting call from Whyndam Asia Pacific for months now. The phone only rings for a few seconds and then they hang up. If you try and call them back it goes straight to an answering machine. I have signed up on the Federal Governments do not call register. Individuals can list their fixed line and mobile telephone numbers to opt out of receiving certain telemarketing calls. I also called Whyndham Asia Pacific (on another number I found online) and left a message with a Manager. Hopefully the calls will stop now.

Call this number too: 1800807097.
They will remove you from their list.

I put this number in my phonebook so everytime they call me I know who they are and not to answer their calls.

From now on, I swear I wont fill any "lucky draw to win a car or cash prizes" form in the shopping centres as the chance to win is rare.

who called me from this no

i received a call from this number.who are they? its annoying.

OMG they are so [***]! What they want for God sake??? Like pshycho [***] calling people in silence and few seconds later they hang up and then calling again and again... What idiots!

Same as above normally 9 - 9.30am than 12.30 - 1pm then 6-630pm has been going on now for about 6 months. If i have never answered or called back then why the #$^@ do keep calling ?

I have also been receiving calls from this number 0755121013 at least once or twice each day.

HI firstly REALLY do call the 1800807097 number and someone very freindly will answer the call very quickly and they will agree to remove your number.  Just say "Hi I am calling to remove my mobile from the telemarketing list please." They do it immeidately and ALSO they will remind you to please NOT enter any competitions online or you will get the call from the 07 number again.  When i asked how will i know which competitions are related to this number, and the girl said it is clearly stated in the terms & conditions.  She was lively and understanding and said please make sure you read the Ts & Cs before you enter the comp otherwise that number will call you back again.  Have a try people and please post back here how you went.  Cheers & good luck!

they sed i won and sed won a prize like a car and ask for my age and do you earn $40 a year and if say no you don't get car. they then this 2nd time now and now they sed i am in 3rd draw to win trip over sea. they in Qld sum were.

Only time I gave out the mobile number was to a motel called Luma luma after that got calls regularly now when I see the number - registered in contacts so software can pick up the number to answer with computer code so they can pay the call charges and not message bank.

I'm glad i found this site also!! i have had several phone calls from this number over the last couple of days! and when i try to call back to find out who it is i just get a message bank.
now i know to ignore the call!! thanks everyone else that posted!! :)
