Hello everybody my name is michael and i work on behalf of the euro chance lottery

sounds like a gamble to me

They just rang me now but on an unknown number, The guy did give me the number 08448802598 to call them back on. He said something about me winning 208 free lines for the euromillions draw on friday... then they asked for my account number!! I didnt give it too them, i'd never trust someone i cant understand with my bank details.

They have my address, name, email and everything. Has anyone signed upto a website and got asked simiular questions?


I hope I dont start getting 8/9 calls a day...

I got given a different number but a similar scam 0871 9903121 from a company called winner service apparently i went online to planet49 and entered there lottery??? a lady called Reena said i have been one of a lucky few who have been chosen to enter there lottery to win £2600 and something a year for the next 25 years of my life or i could have it all in one go.
she had my address and she wanted my date of birth and i asked why and she came out with some rubbish about proving my age so i just told her the year and said that will be enough to prove im old enough, she seemed abit frustrated at this and tried to get the date out of me as well but i refused then the signal broke and then she called me stright back.
she asked me to pick out 7 number which i did and then she said you will recieve a letter in a week confirming your entry and then a phone call asking to go ahead with your payment, what payment i said £19 something for processing and admin fees,i said i thought this was free, she said yes it is but you must pay the fees to be entered, then she asked what sort of credit card i would pay with.
I said im not giving you my card details and she sarted getting funny and saying im wasting her time and this was no joke lol, i said i dont want to give you my card details if i win take it out of my winnings, she said i just need the card number i dont need the pin number or security code on the back. i told her ive decide to decline your offer and then she started ranting about how it wasnt a joke and that she only needed the card number so i hung up and she called back so i said im not intrested and she said thanks for wasting my time good bye lol, now if that was as big a company as they claim would you employ someone who talked to your customers like that?

Got a call just yesterday, let the guy babble on then asked how he got my number.
he said I had entered a competition to win an Audi online? Dont remeMber that!
Anyway when he asked for bank details I told him I didnt have them with me and asked him to call again at 6pm tonight.......lets see what happens next!

A Belgian sounding Gentleman from this company rang me this morning asking for my Mrs.  I don't have a wife or a girlfriend sadly.

Gave me the Audi spiel then moved on to Euromillions stuff.  Then wanted bank details and got a little uptight when I refused.  He's given me Company's contact details including website and will ring back Friday.  

Can't wait to waste a bit more of his time!!!

Don't understand where he got my details from though.  That's a little creepy.

Avoid at all costs would be my advice.

I joined this stupid company as I was told i had 280 tickets per draw and for a membership fee of £44 pm or £11 per week.  I was told I had a trial run in Oct then first payment would be taken out in Nov.  I never received any paperwork until AFTER the first payment had come out.  I never received any tickets or any email or call back as I was told - and when I rang the number I was told it must have been delayed.

When I finally did receive a letter from Eurochance with a Gratis hotels card in it I went to their website and put in the username and password and tried all configurations but it did not recognise the number.  When I hit the terms and conditions page nothing came up, when I hit the contact details page nothing came up.

Knowing by now it was a scam and entering my details into the Eurochance website it didn't offer me any more information and when I tried their phone line I was told my call would be answered within one minute I waited on hold three times for about twenty mins before dropping the call.  Total waste of time and money.

In my letter I was told my membership period was for 3 months whereas in the phone call they said there was no minimum period - I asked a few times.

I emailed gratis - but there has been no response!!! haha!! why would there be its totally bogus - there is no mention of it at all on google and you would think with '25000 hotel members' there would be something!!!

So please don't do this - sadly its always a nice idea to feel you may get that windfall - but this is a scam.  I have learned from others on various websites their total winnings were about 35p per month!!! so someone is getting rich but it won't be you!!!!

I haven't been hassled and when emailing this company with my issue they confirmed that the membership had cancelled - I threatened WATCHDOG on them.  Someone should take this to watchdog really.

Still I replied saying if they cannot send me my tickets of the free draw and for my £44 worth then I should be refunded.  Will let you know if anything happens there.  I have had no pest calls however the whole Audi free marketing thing is a nightmare - don't go near it!!!!

I had some foreign sounding guy call me on my home number today gave me some speil about Audi A3 competition and that I was in the running. The scary thing is he new my name, address, telephone number and date of birth when I confirmed them he then started going on about euro chance 100 B*llocks then wanted my bank details I asked him where I had entered this competition and how he had my details and could'nt tell me so told him I was'nt interested. He said that I was making a big mistake and should'nt miss out I said what you talking about muppet if I wanted to give money away I would give it to a worthy charity. Then hung up, They cant do anything without bank details can they?????

caller said that i was entered into a comp and that i've done extreamly well and it looks certain that i would win a £30,000 car. and somethin to do with a Euro lottery with barclys bank.

I got a call today off a foreign guy stating i had entered a audi a3 draw and am now in the top 10 to be drawn at the end of the month, he then said i had 208 free euro millions tikets for fridays draw, and a membership card and package for gratis hotels or something, i wasnt fussed until he started asking for my bank details!! which he claimed he could do nothing with but pay money into my account if i win the lottery! i told him i dint have my card or bank details with me! Total bollucks if u ask me!!

I received a call in sept 08 and like a mug give my details as soon as i saw taht it was a scam I stopped the dd with my bank I have now changed banks and low and behold to day I got a letter from eurochance 100 telling me that they have restarted my account and will take money out of my account from 15 jan 09 I got strat on to my bank  and told them not to pay this money out I have tried to phone eurochance 100 fast the number was busy and now it is not working  funny that they are just a bunch of f***ing con men I told them I would sue if money was taken from my bank

I think I will also go to the address that they also sent and find out what the f++k is going on oh bye the way I live in BELFAST ( god have pity on them because I won't).The address for them is DTD European services LTD Richmond House  D'Aubigny rd Brighton bn2 3rl so if you hear on the news about a mad irish man in trouble in Brighton in feb 09 it just might be me  lol

A foriegn man called from Euro Chance 100 in November. He had all my bank details and now I have had 44.00 debited from my account for a Credit check company called DTD European.

Please all check your accounts and inform your bank.

they called me about wining a car, and then went onto the the lottery at the time i was fort yea ok y not, however they send they would send me a letter regarding everything, so i waited and waiting and now nothing so im going to try and stop them from taking payments every month! it has got to be a scam!! im a student and need every monies i have, i was stupid to agree and give card detials out.

i had a phone call off this number they asked all my bank details and now im in debt with the bank as they are taken money out by direct debit im now in debt with my bank they also made up some crap about id won a competion and that i would be entered into a lottery draw

I too got a call this morning the same as sarasoul on 10th Nov 08. Same you are one of the top 3 finalist for an Audi A3, same gratis hotel card, same 208 tickets for £11 per week, etc. Have flu so was a bit fuzzy headed when call came through from a private number. vaguely recalled entering a competition. I put up with the spiel until the lady got to the 'so, can I have your sort code?' I then promptly said I'm not comfortable giving my bank details over the phone and in any event I already have an online lottery account. she then said 'well, I'm not sure that you will be able to have the hotel card but you will still be in the running for the car and the 208 tickets! I said okay then and thanked her and hung up........Think I have a chance, lol.

You would think they would try something different now.

I kept being called by this number, getting really fed up, so last night I answered, yelled down the phone and hung up. I wonder if they'll phone back today?!

i gave these ppl my account detials like a idiot and the took thirthy pounds from my account and only paid in £1.34 saying tht was my share of the winnings or something but i cant ring them im thinkin of changing my account number or something they sent me letters with euro millions number on stay away !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its all a load of S**t

I got about 3 missed calls a day, I phoned back and got an automated service which asked me to press 1 to delete my number from their records, hopefully it will work but how the hell did they get my number in the first place?

It worked for 2 days, now they're ringing me again. I think I'll try TPS (or whatever its called)that someone suggested a couple of pages back.
