What I did dial this no. again and auto answer machin ask me to press 1 to remove from marketing list and I did that  yer that worked for me to cheers

They started to call me a month or so ago...but i never picke up cos been working...called me about 15 times today...what is it???

I got a call from this number today. My fone rang, i answered it and it started ringing as if i had dailed a number and was calling. so i put down the fone before anyone answered.

Called a times, sounds like a call centre, caller does not make sense, comments such as "why are you going to Scotland? for Hogmany?

had one call from 08000927201 phone number on my boyfriends phone.  Sounded like a 10 year old girl....asked for him by first name. Told them this was his old number as he has new phone and asked if they wanted the new number and they said "no its ok bye". (that was before reading all ur posts)!

i replied yes it is ........and the idiot shut the [***] call.....

Someone with a call ID of 08000 927 201 rang my parents house today asking for me, said they would call my mobile (which never happened but they may have used my old number). Anyone know how these companies get hold of our contact details?
Im aware that local UK councils may sell contact information to companies, i hope this isnt the case here.

they keep calling me and when i answered it the one time it said id be charged for the call!!!i have had more than 2 calls a day to my mobile for more than 5 days!!

its just a scam !!

Call me constantly! It should be illegal... its harrasment!

Had my phone unplugged for a few days as fed up with these calls, just plugged it back in and low and behold within 5 mins the buggers called!

Have registered with the company TPS as recommended to avoid these calls but obviously only applicable to legit companies who themselves are registered and agree by the terms.

From previous experience with this type of call they normally have you auto dial for a few weeks every three months or so, then its someones else turn to be harassed. Driving me nuts though!

calling about a way to win on the euro-lottery by selling me 250 tickets at 5p a ticket, ie, £36 per month.

i got a call from 08000927201 while i was in a lecture so i didnt answer i got a call 3 hours later and answered although they didnt speak and then hung up

The number keeps calling when im in lectures and does the exact same thing as is listed above! getting fuking annoying!

im sooo gullible and was sucked in big time by the nice lady on the phone arrrghh i what a muppet - i've just given them my account number to "reserve" my place in the ..whatever it is.. nothing else other than that but still..
Has anybody else done this ridiculously stupid thing - and has anybody had any problems with their account from it??

Keeps calling my mobile then nothing goes to answer phone then that cost me every time normal for 3 to 4 calls a day diff times

yeah ive had the call too,about 10minutes ago...the guy was a lil bit put out when i said i'd be looking into it before i gave the go ahead...i told him id wait to see if i win the car 1st!!
