this number called me and said they were Child Support, when I refused to give out personal information they said they would write to me and I would have a period to respond

they are child support agency

have send an email but don't know to which email address. They had spoken to someone but don't know their name. Its If its a genuine call centre they need to shape up because it comes across as a scam

I've just had this number call me theve asked for my bank details.... asked for the person full name and she wouldn't give me her full name ....  very weird phone call

I didn't answer but as people are saying it's CSA I'm not sure why they would be contacting me. Maybe it's a scam. 😕

It is child support agency, part of dwp.

It's not a scam. It's the child maintainance service. They will be trying to obtain money that you owe for your child

A lady has called and she calls multiple times asking for someone in finance, but if it's CSA why are they calling a modular buildings company? seems like a scam to me.

called at 10.30am 25/07/18 but hung up as soon as I answered, If they are Genuine why would they hang up???

Its CMS, not CSA. Two different agencies. Its a legit number.

all this multi agency organisations really have to do better because they all come across as dodgy

CHild support agency. Do come across as a scam as they ask date of birth, NI number they do ask for bank details but I said for £1.04 I’m NOT giving my bank details.
