Rang me today asked me for ni number, I gave it and he said I wasnt on the system, child maintenance, I asked why they would ring me when I have 2 kids who live with me? But he couldn't answer wtf

Ive been paying my ex weekly for years but now do a monthly pay job i phoned child maintenance and told them situation they said fine we will up date our system ive paid my ex her 1st monthly payment and now i have child maintenance phoning me telling me i owe over 400 pounds ive sent proof of the payments ive made   but still they are saying i owe over 400 pound....ive never missed a payment so now they are taking 240 a month from my wage when im only supposed to be paying 135 a month for arrears i dont owe

Probably to discuss a case and maybe arrange an attachment of earnings order.

If this indeed csa/cms as others have said not sure why I being called either my kids are 30 and 26 and i a woman am sure I would remember having any others very strange hope someone finds out what all about good luck

This is child support, ligit number

They called me on this number and hung up as soon as I answered it,and sent me a message asking me to call them ,now if they were the so called child support agency why an earth would they hung up straight away and text me to call them back the scamming c**ts

This is the child maintenance service, i recieved a call this morning which i didnt answer but i checked around and ca called them back to find there was a change in law 3 weeks ago hence them contacting and asking for bank details

Child maintenance service new number. Changed from an 0345 number.

Why are they calling me,my children are 21 and 24 and both work.

They called and left a message stating they were a Pension company & I had to call them back.

I just had a missed call from this number. Given that I am 63 and happily married and our son is 37 I think it is fair to say this is a SCAM !!!!

Iv had a letter asking 5.500 back money.my kids are in there 30s. I payed when they were young from day one.
