Persistent calling once or twice a day - let it go to answerphone but no message left.  Now put this number in my phone's phone-book as "SCAM", shows on my display as SCAM calling.  Still annoying though.

It's BT reminding you to pay your bill.

Has just started in the last couple of days, my house phone rings when that's not answered my mobile rings.  Home phone goes to answer phone but they dont leave a message.

keeps on ringing all day long and late evening too
phone goes on silence from 10 pm so cannot hear calls
really annoying... anybody knows what company that is?

The number 0800285085 keeps ringing almost every half hour stops after 4 rings, but when I picked it up early this morning a foreign voice said they were from BT checking details but kept asking for my name and email (which I did'nt give).  Phoned BT they said it was not them.  So don't give out any of your details.

This is BT Customer Services. They called me as I have recently moved house, asking me for my forwarding address.

BT calling me back answering a sales query I made.  Must be one of their many (non-departmental specific) numbers they use to dial out on.

This number called my mobile phone while I was on a call on my landline.

They left a message on the voicemail and it was BT answering a broadband billing query I'd made.

This number called my home phone. When answered there is a pause and then caller hangs up.

it is Bt.. i work there and just had a friend call me from that number to remind me im supposed to be working on sunday..

pls can anybody pin point this number to actually which company it is .....

BT are such a rubbish company when it comes to customer services in my opinnion- they hang up on me all the time. I have had numerous calls where they hang up on me, just had a call from this number - i owe them money but i'm leavning them, expect it is regarding this.

this number called me...I missed it. No message left and if you try to call it back you get a message saying number not known

Definitely BT.  I sent them an online complaint as they keep billing me every quarter for calls to UK landlines which are covered by my inclusive call package (wanted to make people aware to check their bill - last time it was £14 worth of calls).  They called me with the response (refund in next bill)even though I requested an email reply....

NINE times in one week we had calls from this number, Indians trying to sell us broadband with BT.  We are on the TPS.

I absolutely hate these dirtbag marketing people.  mid morning and late evening they call.

Keep getting silent calls from this number. just file under SCAM
