    This is the post office number (now taken over by Shell who are running everything the same) to remind you your bill needs to be paid... only it keeps calling even if you already have an arrangement in place with Shell and even after you have paid the bill! It's harassment. If you call customer services to query this you get to speak to the rudest, most unhelpful people ever. My suggestion? Move to another company!
