This number phoned me today for the first time and asked me how my contract was going I answered yes it's good, they replied would you recommend your phone provider to anybody else (Orange), then I was like I'm not on Orange and put the phone down as I'm on O2 so I blocked the number before they could contact me again.

Who call to me?

Just got a call but bad signal, after reading these posts have added to my reject list on my mobile.
Have not used this before will see if it works.
Like many others my mobile is for emergencies only and very few people have it. I would like to know
how they got hold of my number.

The caller said she was from 02, then asked me to "confirm" some facts about myself. I've had several of these calls from other numbers, so I said that as she had rung me, I didn't feel I needed to confirm anything. She hung up. I've read that these people are trying to get bank info from the people they call, so BE CAREFUL!

I have had this number periodically ring to a mobile. The mobile is pay and go and every time this number rings it seems to take credit from the balance even though it is never answered. Has anyone else had this experience? If so they are moving into the realms of theft.

Took credit from my phone today; even though I didn't answer it. Mine is pay as you go too.

Have a new pay as you go O2 number that only 7 people know the number. Now 4 calls received. None answered.

08009524854 has been ringing me for the last two Tuesday's on my O2 pay as you go mobile. I think it started not long after I donated £5 to by "Text" to Christain Aid. Not many people have my mobile number. Also as someone has said even thou I don't answer them money has been taken out of my pay-as-you go phone!!

Just rang me at 1020am, I didn't answer and they left no message, that's the 3rd time .

this number phoned my mobile today at 1pm. don't know where they got my number from. couldn't hear very well as reception
was bad, man said he would phone back later. my mobile is pay as you go, how can they take money when i answer?

hi everyone had same number ringing me and got no answer just silence very annoying and getting fed up with it espically when trying to text a friend. Do not answer they waste your time.

Twice within an hour today i never answer unknown numbers. Don't answer they'll  get bored before i do!

Answered the phone, but got three minutes of silence before they hung up, as i just left the line open whilst i hoovered up

Just to add on extra, Just had a call from this number again, I put it on Loud Speaker and was talking to an O2 Agent to see if i was on the best tariff for my usage

I am only 9 and this is my phone and I keep getting calls from this number and every time I go to answer it it ever goes off or there's no one there and I would like the to stop calling.                                   Thank you

this number calls each morning I don't answer as number not known to me could be a scam

keep being called on my mobile. Doesn't ring long so gone when I get there. This is every day now, sometimes twice a day. I have not tried to ring the number.
