I too get the phone calls very name form the same number 0800 952 4854 form a muffled woman calling about bills and quotes on reduced costs -

every day I don't want the call - but they phone!

This number phoned me yesterday.  I told them to call back because I'm on crutches at the moment and was stood out in the rain.  They said yes and hung up.

Just to let everyone know, the reason that you answer and no one is there is because a computer phones you when there is a slot but there isn't always an operate free to speak to you, thats why you get silence then disconnected.  Honestly, I thought everyone knew that

Chloe that is terrible.  You should definitely look into reporting them.  Clearly they don't do their research

I got a call from this number.  I didn't answer it as I don't answer any calls to my mobile unless they're in my phonebook. I rang it back and got a message that it was from Scottish and Southern Energy.  I've now added it to my phonebook as spam, so next time they call I will be informing them that as I've been registered with the Telephone Preference Service for over 28 days so if they're ringing me for marketing purposes they are breaking the law.  Make sure you register your landline and mobile with the telephone preference service. I have had a number of calls from this  number. Last time they rung I decided I would answer it. Claimed to be calling from Scottish and Southern and started talking about insurance for my central heating boiler.Don't think they quite believed me when I told them I didn't have one and quizzed me how did I heat the house.I told them I had gas fires and they sorta gave up and happy to say have not been back to me since?

No one answer that number its a scam company that pretend to be phone companies if you answer they will hang up but once you answer they charge money from you no one answer i got called like 14 times a day lately by them  so.... DO NOT ANSWER!!!

Had a call Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and thursday, nothing but silence

they called me today saying they were O2 and wanted to check if Im doing ok. I said I was busy and to call mre back later, the guy said it will only take few minutes ( yeah they always say that) He said that before he can do anything he needs to go through some questions and asked me about my name! I said Im not happy with providing this info on my pay as you go contract and to not bother me again and I hung up. [***].Honestly, if O2 or other companies care about their brand names they should do sth about it!

Keeps calling and now also calling my landline number too. Have had calls at various times of the day and late into the evening. They have never left a message on my mobile or landline and when I did answer them there was just silence. I won't answer again, have these people nothing better to do than bother/annoy innocent people. I have a terminally ill relative so every time the phone rings I expect the worse so could do without moronic idiots wasting my time.

If they carry on ringing me, I'll be the one hunting them down and putting my foot up their [***]! Getting sick of these calls. Does anyone know if there's anywhere u can ring and complain about this?

This guy keeps calling me daily at 13:07, I usually am not at home at this time and today I am. I just silenced the ringing thing and pretended not to be at home :3 I don't even know how to open all the voice mails i get... Or i just never got one...

I'm going to answer it next time and I won't talk xD Let's see what this guy has against silence :£

This number has called me repeatedly on a daily basis for weeks at a time between November toi date: 20 Nov, 4, 6, 10 Dec, twice on Friday and twice today. They are a direct marketing organisation and I consider this harrassment.

I had a call from them for the first time today and there was a males voice at the other end. Hopefully it doesnt happen again. They are just waisting theres and everyone else's time.
