- Sam Ferguson replies to Mr CdeCGood luck with Vodafone!! If it's anything like my case, they will reward you for being such a 'loyal customer by blocking your contract until the full balance is settled, because and I quote 'it's not their problem'!! Been on the phone to them well over 10 times with no luck. An absolute disgrace.

- MIA| 1 replyHi I have just been on the phone to Vodafone ref PAYMO-08081202341 they will not do anything about charges made to my phone £150+ apparently Micro-payment service for online content.
I have a contract with data hardly ever fully used, I do not know what this service is ?, I will be cancelling this in the morning & switching. Vodafone are happy to deduct this money on behalf of a third party from MY direct debit, clearly they dont give a [***] about their customers.
(I feel I have been cybermugged while Vodafraud just stood there, getting their share of the loot !! )- Caller: Paymo-08081202341

- DEBMUM0302My son's phone has been charged £82 in a space of a two weeks - absolutely raging - will be going to the police for incident number and contacting vodaphone saying we wish it to be discredited from our bill - we have 4 contract phones with vodaphone at the moment - just hoping that is an incentive for them to help us out

- P TaylorWe have 3 mobiles with vodaphone and our 12 year old daughter has been over charged by about 85.00 3 purchases for £10.00 from an adult site and text info service of 4.1666 x 6 in three minutes plus 1.25 at loads.. plus two premium texts of £1.00 each.
vodaphone initially passed the problem back to us but I found this site and we got straight back on to them and reported it to the police. Texts not received on the phone So far the purchases have been paid back of £31.50 and waiting to hear whilst the supervisor okays the rest.... Obviously this needs to be taken up by an MP as vodaphone not really dealing with the problem and if you are vulnerable person you would probably accept this cybermugging...- Call type: Text message

- brocherJust been on the phone to vodafone for the second time in two months regarding this number, since january my dad has been charged for purchases he did not make each month, ranging between £11 and £22. next months current charges are £99 ??? The customer service guy says he has never heard of this number however googled and found all these complaints. Strange as the guy i spoke to last month also googled the number and found nothing despite me being on the pages at the same time. His advice is not to pay this months bill until it is sorted ats good cos they will cut him off if it isn't paid on time and that he has passed all the information to the pay department requesting refunds if they agree. He also says they cannot block the number as they don't know where it originates from. Next step will be refusing to pay anymore bills until this is sorted.

- Caller: paymo
- brocher replies to heidi hardingFollow on call from vodaphone, we are liable for the charges despite contacting them 4 times in four months and speaking to countless advisors, they are unable to block the number and it is up to us to contact paymo, how can we contact them when the numbers vodaphone has given as are dead and they can't find the company, will be changing companies when contract ends and will not recommend them to anyone, their only help is to change phone numbers, so much carry on, maddening thing is each advisor has said they've never heard of this scam
