His company is offering a job for an admin assistant for £15,000 per annum. Just to keep everyone informed. Never heard of him or his company until I Googled him, and this is the first thing that came up. His company doesn't even have a website which is very weird in this day and age.

His businesses are no use to anyone.

Just been threatened with CCJ by Tradesman Tracker do not know them. Awaiting paperwork obviously a scam after reading above. Started receiving calls around christmas time 2014. Called two different numbers only to speak to the same man with different rolls!!!!

i too have been fleeced by tradesman tracker awaiting the recording of my original phone call with them 3 years ago i paid for a years service 3 years later they contact you telling you using a solicitors letter that is available for £2 saying that you owe them an amount of money which is 2 years worth of service or they will take you to court & get a ccj etc against you there are others this has happened to ,had lengthy conversations with one person who gave me 2 different names told me that various calls & emails had been sent to me regarding this matter - total lies was told i can not hear the recording of the original call when i signed up this is untrue as i believe i am entitled to hear that recording  i am seeking legal advice to re gain my payment & have the issue closed as i have been told if they refund my payment they will seek legal proceedings  again, once i have got my advice i will probably go on to report them to all the relevant authorities ,starting with trading standards, the serious fraud office,police,telephone regulatory service etc etc .do not entertain this company in any way unless you like throwing away money

Just had a call from a debt collection for this company Tradesman Tracker App. For £400! IM NOW caaling them and will legally pursue this so i dont have to pay a conman, Antony Simister

i was contacted regarding a 12month advertisement I did in 2012, and paid up front, they have now called claiming I owe £500 plus, i've one hour to pay or it will go to court.

I've just been contacted regarding a 12 month advertisement I did in 2012, I verbally agreed the contract for 12 months, paid upfront and have been contacted by Pro Debt today to say I owe them money!!

Please, can anyone tell me the outcome if you didn't pay them? They are saying if I don't pay this evening they will take me to court tomorrow.

They are scam they try this on a yearly basis and are very unprofessional which points out the fact it's a scam. Anthony diminished is apparently  banned from being a director of a company as he fraudulently claims money form innocent business according to google search engines. He's now also using a company called pro-debt.co.uk to collect payments this is also a scam . I have informed citizen advice and will be informing other registered governing bodies to protect other company's from theses sort of claims.

Hi - just to confirm to anyone worried about this, we checked with our solicitor who laughed down the phone and told us to just block their calls. They confirmed there is NO WAY they can take you to court and it is a complete scam. We haven't had any letters from them, it was about 2 weeks ago when we had the first call.

It's sickening to think of how many people have fallen for this and paid through fear of having a black mark against their name/business.

My company was hounded by cold calls from the 0844 number posing to be Ray Cranston of a company called 'Pro Debt' a debt recovery company. All looks very genuine with a website etc. They were leaving multiple messages about a HM court debt and a ridiculous reference number, and 'to avoid court fees etc, I need to urgently get in touch and pay'. I wasn't suckered-in and I blocked the number. Then I started getting called by a Stoke landline, receiving the same message. I blocked that too. Then I received a call from a mobile which I answered. Same bloke, about to spill the same rubbish, before I promptly told him he's a scammer and to p**s off!

I've since received a letter from 'Debt guard'. A different recovery company that will apparently send out letters to anyone for a £2 fee, unlike most recovery companies which make their money on commission and extra charges on court fees. The so called debtor, is 'Tradesman Tracker' which is linked to the same cretin as the other recovery company, Anthony Simister.

Looking on the Tradesman Tracker website, my company is actually listed on there, without my permission!

It's all an elaborate scam.

This Anthony Simister, is linked to charity frauds, cold-call scams, is a disqualified director and a despicable trickster.

We have just received a call from a guy calling himself Tony Mc Carthey  Claiming to be from a company call Pro Debt 08005668157
he claims his company has been instructed to recover a debt of £150  relating to unpaid fees relating to tradesmans tracker
stupidly we too took out the 1 year tradesmen tracker advertisement in 2012 which is a load of [***] when it was due to expire we sent and email cancelling the advertisement within there terms and conditions as stated we had no further letters, emails or any other communication from them till
about 2 years later in 2014 we got a similar call cant remember names but through fear of our business being tarnished by the impending ccj we paid the them amount of £180  again heard nothing  from tradesman tracker or anyone else until today I told the guy that we paid what we owed back in 2014 he then said do we have any proof of this, I will some where but will take time to find it.
he is going to ring back Monday to see if we can prove payment.

just to update on previous post ^^^  he didn't call back on the Monday  as he said he would so we thought no more of it
he called the following Thursday again requesting payment and threatening court action we told him to naff off, we received an email the next day with their invoice attached for £475  big jump from £180 headed from a company called debt guard solicitors  odd that a solicitors would have a PO BOX for their address also there phone number 0845 850 0390 dosnt relate to any thing when you do a reverse  search on it

Got a call today from a guy from pro-debt saying that i owe tradesman tracker £496+vat.
Telling me it needs to be paid before 8pm if it goes to court, total rip off merchants, smelt a rat straight away. Paid £99+vat for a years ad, never got even one call from prospective customers. Beware!!!!!!!! DONT PAY!! SCAM!!

Just had exactly the same thing and saying the debt would be escalated by various charges and costs.  The person from pro debt said he would be in the office till 9pm and would be back at 8am .  This is such a scam and by the looks of the history has been going on for years....it should be stopped.  Check out Anthony Simister he is banned as a director for 9 years and yet magically appears as a director of Tradesman Tracker in 2015.
