continuous phone calls from this number, several very late at night or early morning, when i answer they hang up if i leave it to answer phone no answer left. when they speak to you they cant even get my name right which gives me no reasurance, asking for date of birth etc

Keeps ringing for a Richard Colemon, have told them that they have the wrong number numerous times and normally get cut off if I question them.

You do need an income and a credit check to get one. They do charge interest. They do send statements. Idiot.

Receiving a call asking for my details over the phone is just not on.. No way am I going to givew personal details over the phone. If it's important, write to me.

had a call from these discusting creatures my 7 year old neice happened to answer the phone they never spoke just made unusal sounds then hung up.
i pressed 1471 and rung the number back for them to tell me they never rung my number, they were rude and very bad customer service.
if any one knows the address of this company please let me no.

This company are an all round pain in the ars*..i have a monthly direct debit set up with new look to pay my store card off (which i class as managing it) however its clearly not good enough for these people who insist on calling me everyday at least 5 times! if im at work then i cant necessarily always answer but if they happen to call me outside of  my working hours they don't speak anyway!!!

so either stop calling me or actually say something when you do!

Ikano are the company that provide store cards for newlooks i know this as i am a sales advisor at newlook and also have an account with them, they may also provide storecards for other shops such as ikea although in not 100%

Yes I had a similar call but it was for my daughter who no longer lives with me but had moved down Norwich & keep getting calls from them . They are New Look & it's to do with her store card bill . Fed up with them & keep telling them she no longer lives here but they still ring . Agree with you they are rude & didn't say who they were either

Sounds like identidy theft in your case, my mate had hundreds in debt from old address new tenant opened a letter from new look/had account no on it /no PIC is on new look card so anyone can run up debt with your details!!!!

Called everyday for last two weeks. Only left 1 message which I couldn't make out.

Called several times and eventually today I had them on the phone. They were looking for a person that has never lived at my address or had my phone number. So I told them and that was that.

I got an automated message from this number, it was a machine that I could barely make out the company name but I called and told of the reference number they gave, they were after my ex I assume he has taken out a loan, given my number and address as a place of contact. They wouldn't accept any form of communication to actually get hold of him!! He left 2 years ago. So angry with them she was really rude! I am going to change my phone number because of the amount of calls I get from this company

ikano ikea own the store cards in all stores like new look, argos etc. if they said new look. your daughter has a new look store creditcard.

pay your bill then they won't call you 👍🏻

I don't have a new look store card but yet the call dozens of times a day , I just don't answer
