I had a call in the middle of the night saying that the alarm had gone off somewhere???? I am not a key holder !!! So annoying

This number keeps rininging me in the middle of the night

It was my alarm company as well. Called the number back, it was an automated voicemail. Called same number back but ending with 703 and got to speak with a staff member. The alarm in my office went off.

Had a call saying that this is my alarm company. I then phoned my actual alarm company who told me everything is fine. How do these people get away with it?

The message lacks transparency. So what, an alarm has gone off. If a security firm has, let's say, six clients whose
alarm activations are monitored by Custodian, how on earth is the recipient of the call supposed to know which
business premises to attend.  Time is of the essence when responding to an akarm call. The message on your
alerting call is obviously designed for keyholders of individual firms. Because of this, I would not recommend
your company for alarm monitoring.....at least until you improve on the present set-up.

This is an alarm call out company if you work at a shop as a key holder your automatically put down as a contact for the call out you should be told by your manager as all key holders are. If you are not on a call out list just politely ask them to remove your number from their logs and they will. The postcode they give will be the shop you work at not your house. Make sure you know your place of works postcode. And don't get angry at these people they are just doing their jobs and they will call at all times of the day even night do not ignore this number they are safe

This number phoned me at 02.15am it is not a number I recognized so I did not answer

Told me my alarm had been activated. Well I was in all day and it never went off. Rang my alarm company and they said it’s a scam.

My phone was flashing when I got up early in the morning letting me know I had 3 missed messages from this number, when I checked  no messages were  left. The calls were made at 12 o'clock 1o'clock and 2o'clock in the morning so I decided to check on here.There was no reply from the caller.

What’s the company called? And why does the voicemail I get just have a prerecorded voice saying ‘press 2 to reject’ the cut to static?
