Please stop calling

Glad I came accross this site. I too had a missed call from this number today and am approaching the end of my contract with t.mobile.

Picked up this one, just got off the phone with them – seemed legit as a T-Mobile 3rd party as they had my account details and didn't ask me for anything but my postcode. I also got a text from them confirming our conversation from the same number I receive T-Mobile bill confirmation/promo texts from. In any case I took another contract and have a phone on the way, so I'll let you know!

I rang T-Mobile today and asked them about it, apparently it's Upgrades & Loyalty Department... Worked out pretty sweet for me actually :D

I had a call from the above number at 15:06 hrs on 11/08/2010, but had no answer from any one when I picked up.They rang my number some weeks ago claiming to be T-Mobile. Do you think they realised this time that my T-Mobile contract has been cancelled recently?!!

Keep getting this number calling on a daily basis now 2 or 3 times.

My T-Mobile contract is ending on the 30th as I have cancelled it.

If they call tomorrow I will try and answer and talk to someone and confront them about T-Mobile telling me that 0845 isnt them and its a scam and ive been waiting for the call in order for the police to track it back to them.

Had a call from this number, it is T-Mobile. They had all my details on record from previous conversations while trying to negotiate an upgrade; I hadn't given them any details.

Offered me a cracking deal to prevent me from leaving, which I took. :)

they have called me numerous times an dont leave a message checked with tmobile an not them and my contract not up 4 renewel glad i googled the number becareful

Just had a missed call from this and I've just left T-Mobile!

This number has called me twice today... once at around 10 am and then again at about 2 pm.
Have missed the call both times and its really annoying me!
Could it be something to do with T-mobile? As i am on that network too.

I told t-mobile to cancel my contract last month and have just had a call from the same no it was the loyalty dept and they gave me such a sweet deal i have decided to stay with them, phone on way and conformation text sent from t-mobile about the upgrade. So it's not a scam it is t-mobile, they had all my details only had to confirm my password for security.

rings me five times a day what a joke!!

i recieved a call from them today,  it is tmobile,  but   they called  me  because i have  cancelled my contract, i told them  to f**k off and that im sick of gettin calls like this,, Orange are better

me too - only got my new 24 month contract 3 months ago and this number is calling me - it can't be anything genuine if they don't even have the right info!

keep getting them ringing my mobile but as yet I have not answered and do not intend to. very annoying and time wasting.

just want to say.. i recieved a call from them just now.
it's possible that it is a tmob call.

Basically a couple of weeks ago i got a call (dont remember if it was the same number)
they claimed to be from a company called fone-something.. again i dont remember.

anyway it was the usual we'll give you a great upgrade, better than you already have, we work along side tmob etc.
so i told them to work their magic and get back to me, but i refude to give up any personal details.
they did that.. and gave me my £40 tariff for £10 a month with a phone.
I didnt believe it to be legit. So I told them that if they had reall negotiated that, I'll call tmobile, confirm that she has spoken to them, and if it's true.. I will call her back and go ahead.

I called Tmob, any the upgrade dept confirmed that it was a legit call and they have infact outsourced their stuff to another company. HOWEVER.. she said there was no need to call them back, and that she could infact put the offer into place herself.

And that's exactly what she did.

So, moral of the story? Although cold callers are annoying.. if you play it right.. you might actually get a genuinely good deal :)

I got a call but I don't think it is genuine because I still have well over a year before I am up for renewal.
