Just had 2 missed calls from this number and thought I'd google it and then found this web site.  Really pleased I haven't answered it.  Thanks to you guys writing all this stuff.  When this number rang they didn't even wait for the voicemail to kick in so I knew something wasn't right.  Probably a scam, like you say.  will never answer it.  My contact doesn't end for another 7 months!!!!

Called me over lunchtime - didn't answer - I get cold-callers trying to sell me mobile upgrades often enough.  I don't answer non-geographic numbers I don't recognise either - but googled to find out who they are...

Just called me on my T-Mobile contract phone but I didn't answer. No message left. Not going to call an 0845 number!!

This number is T-Mobile; I am an existing customer and they were calling as my contract is up next month.  Offered £10 off monthly bill with no new phone or continue at £35 month with ANY phone i wanted.

Told em i was off to Vodafone anyway, so politely declined their offers.

Just this second had a call and definitely it's t-mobile.  They were trying to flog me the mobile broadband (USB dongle).

Its not T-mobile.  Its a third party trying to sell T-mobile contracts, and making themselves out to be T-mobile, refused to tell me actual company name.  I just got called, and i'm not due an upgrade for another 9 months, called T-mobile, and they confirmed it wasn't them.

Got a call from them, but too busy to answer, no message left. Thanks for the alert, will know who not to answer.

Had 3 calls from this number today and no messages left, bloody irritating.

They rang me twice today. Answered the second time and told him to call me back when it's more convenient, as in after work. You're all pricks for not answering phone calls that you don't recognise. As if it matters?!

I have received 3 calls today but answered none. Normally these numbers are third party. Annoying as I always tick the box telling them not to pass my details onto third parties

Missed two calls today from this number. They keep calling and don't give up!!

I had a similar call offering me broadband or something was a bit suspicious so i called 150 off my handset and they confirmed that it WAS T-Mobile calling me offering a package as they had put a note on my file.

Not to worry, just a marketing call!!
If you aren't interested just say no thatnk you and hang up, simple as!!

I've started to get 3 calls a day from this number. If we all answer the phone and waste as much of their time as possible the whole industry will fall to pieces. Come on people!

Just had a phone call from these guy's. Didn't answer it because like everyone else I don't answer calls from numbers other than landlines, or numbers I know. Thanks for the info. I will be ignoring this number next time too

that number called me, i missed the call but reng them back oof the wrk number and said it was tmobile and i dont need to take any further actions,
god knows what its about, must be a contract as stated above but mines up for renewell in july 09

i've had this number call twice today, i'm not due to renew my contract so don't know why they are calling.

Yes, I've had 2 calls from this number today and 0845 numbers are not in my contratc either. I google the number and have found this page rather helpful. They can leave a message if they are that desperate to contact me, but when my contract needs renewing in DECEMBER I will go into my T-Mobile store and sort it out the normal way.

me too, i got two called, they gave me weird text. i told them to shod off, i refused to pick their calls, i am using T-Mobile too. I still getting their call twice a day. Don't pick it up otherwise you get charge. T-Mobile is careless giving to Third party.

i've had a few calls from this number, but have ignored them all.

these days if i don't recognise the number from the caller ID i don't answer and if they don't leave a message, hard luck !
