7.29pm today said they were Tempur Beds

Called today trying to sell memory foam beds. I'm registered with TPS but they get round this by claiming to be doing customer research. Another one for the call-blocking list.

Unsolicited call from this number on several afternoons.  Needs blocking.

Called this morning offering me a chance to qualify for a bed topper. The question was "Do you have any aches and pains or other medical problem?"
Who cannot answer "yes"?
Told them I was registered with TPS, and put the phone down.

They phoned again, calling themselves "Comfomatic". I told them I would be reporting them, again!

got a call from this number today at 10.45am,iam glad i purchased a call blocker last week,so heres hoping it works.

Called this morning - didn't answer it as didn't recognise number on caller display ??

rang today and asked to speak to husband, who is disabled and  in wheelchair.  When I replied "can I ask who is calling please" caller replied "I'll leave it thanks".  Googled and found it was a bed company.  Very glad I answered and not husband since he would agree to anything. Have been registed with TPS for years, cant understand how this company gets round it.

called today calling themselves ' Comformatic ' and offered me the chance of a free tempur pillow ! They just don't know when to stop talking , even when I asked them to stop and listen to the fact that I am not interested . Also registered with TPS but I wonder why .How do you stop these calls !

Registering with TPS only stops calls from reputable companies.  If you receive calls from other companies you need to report them to TPS for them to take action.

Called at 18:50. Said he was from the "comfy bed company". When I said I was on the TPS, he rang off.

Received a call at 11.40am today. Asked me to complete a survey for which I would be sent a 'free form memory pillow'. She stated that she was not selling anything. After answering basic questions about ages and health (I advised her that my wife had suffered a serious back problem for 2 years and had undergone extensive back surgery 3 months ago) she said I was entitled to the pillow. However, she then said 'all we need to do now is to arrange an appointment for a representative to demonstrate our bed'. Whilst the phone call was not from someone who was selling, ultimately it WAS a call to gain a sale. I have been regtstered with Telephone Preference Service (TPS) since 2005 - why is this organisation allowed to make such calls to TPS registered people?

Phoned today said thet were working for Adjustable bed company, offering free Tempur pillow if I took part in survey,

I'm fed up with calls such as this. The sooner they are banned the better!
They wanted to ask questions about my sleep. And presumably sell a memory foam pillow. I am registered with the telephone preference service.

they called me today asking me if i wanted to be entered into a free prize draw to win one of their beds when i phoned this number back all i got was all the advisors were busy and they wanted me to leave my name and number (yeah right) looked the company up on the internet i got a diffrerent phone number 08000807806 the girl said that i had been entered for the draw to win of of their beds then asked me if i had an appointment???? then she told me that the number had been removed from their computers.

To those people who say they are TPS registered and cannot understand why they still get calls.  TPS do not know who is ringing your numbers, it is not a "spy in the cab" type service.  For TPS to take action we must report all unwanted sales calls to them, when they happen.  Reputable companies obey the rules and "scrub" their calling lists to remove TPS registered numbers.  Rogue companies do not.  Although TPS do not cover market Research calls, they can take action when the call ends up being a sales call, so these "Tempur etc" calls cn be reported.

This number called today from a bed company,i told them i was registered with TPS he said they must have got my number from a third party.
Doesn't anyone no the word sorry-no apology .

Had a call offering me a free memory foam pillow in return for answering a few questions......this is what to do......say......thank you.......I'm glad you called as my business is selling beds and accessaries....now I have a very special offer for you...Are you interested......the phone went down...I do this with all cold calls and they never ever phone back again.

Same company called me 9july 2012.
They wouldn't say where they got number from.

Our Number has been and still is registered with TPS.

When I picked up the phone nobody answered
