dont bother with e-mail, they wont reply.  I got my £15 back from them.  I sent a complaint by recorded delivery giving them a time limit to resolve.  They did refund my payment which was fair enough however i shouldn't have been placed in that position.  I was going to report it to trading standards and the press (you know these columns they do in the daily papers to expose scams), worth taking that stance and showing them you will not be bullied.  they catch you out by not actually saying who they are - they are in breach of distance selling regulations and data protection laws and then when you call them to complain they say that their calls are recorded and they wouldn't have said that - strange, I requested a copy of the call 3 times and guess what - nothing provided.  Good luck.

The woman who phoned me from MBK was wanting to get my bank details as my protection cover for my sky box had expired. She was really adamant & kept asking for my credit card number. I told her i dont have a credit card (which i dont) & my bank card is only for the ATM machines. S he went on & on & on & would'nt take no for an answer. Thats when i got very suspisious. They keep sending me letters also, Im just going to ignore them. A bunch of scammers

I too have been duped by these rogue traders.  Just a pack off lies saying my Sky Protect is running out. filthy lies, no its not.  I thought I had a problem with my Sky+HD Box, but I did not.  They tried to blame the Sky Engineers, rubbish!!  Their engineer came out and said there is nothing wrong apart from the copper co-axial cable had been deliberately shortened by the Sky Engineer installer, rubbish!!  The woman I spoke to thought it was a big joke.  It took me numerous phone calls at my expense, to try and get a resolve.  I have been charged a sum of £50.00 to cancel.  I shall be reporting this so called ompany who work from a Unit in an industrial estate in Liverpool to the Office Of Fair Trading, as it took me a lot of phone calls to rectify this, with the suooort from Sky

Just had a call to say my Sky equipment was due to run out of warranty. yeh right, already is. The number was withheld but the company was MBK Digital. Looked them up and it's based in this country but is NOT a UK registered company. Soon got rid of him.

I got much the same call, how did you get on after you gave them 10 days to rectify? I have just phoned trading standards, but they can not say what info they have for complaints on this company.

An aggressive woman called Cathy called and sent a letter advising that I had rung and set up a direct debit with totally different account details and also in my husband's name? (which is impossible to do) , disgusting fraudsters!!!!!!!!

On the 27th sept i fell for this scam as the phone call caught me off guard.  " days later it dawned on me that my Sky Protect cover renewed auto.  Rang my bank who found a phone number as
00353 152 132 60 and a name of DHS Ltd.  Tried the number several times and got answer phone requesting please leave message. On the last call i did leave a message that must have burned someones ear,
as a result of my concern i phoned my bank and immediately cancelled my debit card. The assisstant at the bank also said she had dealt with the same matter 2 days earlier.

However today i recieved a letter Interbacs Ltd RE, Domestic Home Services the MBK Digital a trading style of D.H.S. had taken a payment of £7.99 on a direct debit set up by them but on checking with my bank tha amount taken was £24 .45.

have now contacted D.H.S by phone and cancelled the direct debit and they have agreed to refund the £24.45 and destroy all details relating to me I did find that the attitude of that company quite unapologetic to the point they considered they had acted openly. I found great pleasure in telling them politely i thought other wise . I did tell the DHS person that i had changed my debit card details at my bank and she said there was no need to have done so as we are a legal and honest company and asked me if i thought they were going to empty my bank account. I repleid frankly my dear i thought it was a poosibility considering the underhanded way you had acted.

Why are you on here?  This website is to report unknown, unwanted and scam calls. Peple do not come on here out of the blue to praise a company, unless they are part of the scam. Asit happens you seem to be in a minority of one!

Just been had by the company, caught us at the perfect time as our box is just gone a year old! Sounds legit, told my wife they were Homeserve! But when the paperwork came through it was from MBK Digital Services.

I done the same but they are ligit ive had a call out drom them and they seem pretty guenuin i woulnt let the above comments phase you ive done my research and digital satilite was based in the same office but now they have completely different owners and they are part of D.H.S.L
