Cannot get hold of any one to get them to repair sky equipment or do a service and they have been taking money from me each month.  stop direct debit

Yes I used to get calls from these idiots!!! now they are trying again. Scam artists

my wife has a" contract" with this company,  has had for over a year , have not used their call-out so am not sure where we go next

Found paperwork from MBK Digital(trading style of Domestic Home Services) in my late father's papers. He paid £99 for cover even though already paying Sky for the same thing. He was 91 and easily confused. Couldn't find an alternative number for MBK and wasn't going to put more money into their coffers by phoning 0871.

They cold called me in sept 2011. I called them in July this year to tell them I wanted to cancel - I paid by direct debit. They said I was tied in for the whole year as I had has a call out - fair enough, but told them I wouldn't be renewing. Contract ended in September, they were still taking payments until I noticed today! Direct Debit cancelled and I will happily chat to whoever owns the company! It's £16 they have taken extra, bit that's not the point. It was my money!

Silly me took out this insurance in jan of this year due to expire march 2013-can't get hold of them-terrific. learn by my mistake if they phone hang up it's a con
