loanslane has scammed me 2 and when i gave off to them they offered me £50 goodwill!! they took £67.99 from me. i onl;y accepted as its my rent money.
i have wrote a quick email to the financial ombudsman and advise everyone else to.

Similar thing happened to me luv. I woke up one morning , my payday morning and went to the bank. I should've had 250 left but only had 80! Loans lane is one of these companies

I had exactly the same problem with a company calling themselves perfect loans. They took an upfront fee of 70.00 to release my funds and i never got that back or received my loan. Avoid like the plague,biggest scammers going.

I called blue letter limited, the promised to refund me for calls, the price of the 2 calls i made were
£25, and £17, i have wrote to them 3 times, sent them a copy if my bill and spoke to the customer services, who advised i would get the calls refunded. I have been waiting approx 3 and a half months. I tried to email the bill statement but always got mailer deamon, i am going to send a recorded delivery copy as they have failed to keep their end of the bargain. I am angry as i was left in a mess trying to pay my bill, but at 4ge time the promised to send me a cheque for tge price of the calls i would advise people to go to another company, i dealt with them because i had low credit but would never consider using them again. Can anyone advise me if they have been repaid the calls cost, i would be grateful of any feedback from anyone who has dealt with blue letter specifically. Thanks Michelle L

I have just been scammed by a so called company named blue letter. I desperately needed some cash and proceeded with the 0906 call which lasted 30 minutes with the assurance I would be refunded. I have now been trying to contact them for this and there is no reply to my calls. It has left me in a worse financial position as my phone and cable have now been cut off due to the amount in phone bill. These [***] need to be caught and put in jail. How wicked and evil can people be. If anyone knows a way of catching and or claiming money back please let me know.

Hi sorry to he's that it happened to you what you need to do is report it to the police and they will give you a crime ref number and a direct number for the fraud squad who will open up a investigation.

You all need to phone the police who will investigate what is happening if you dont report it how will anything get done? So please come forward and tell the police they will give you a crime ref number then the number for fraud squad who will investigate the ppl who is responsible for ripping you all of. And hopefully you will all get your money back and the ppl responsible for the fraud will go to prison

Can i just say that my daughter who was DESPERATE for money because of unforeseen circumstances ended up being put through to this 'company' if that's what you want to call them. Being advised by a BROKER and i quote 'You have been accepted for a loan and you could see the funds in your account in 2-4 hours' Okay so she called this company to speak to an advisor. She was then passed on from them to a premium rate 09 number. She then proceeded to fill out her applicationm was told the APR and montly repayments. MISLEADING because after 15 minutes on the phone to these CRIMINALS she was no nearer to the funds and was only getting herself in more DEBT!!! She called the so called companies that had accepted her application.... OH MORE BROKERS???  They then explained that they don't give you the funds they are a broker.. SO WHY ARE THEY SO MISLEADING. Also after reading other reviews i see there website has been UNDER MAINTINENCE for some time. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Absolute con artists they told me to call premium rate number and that I would be refunded. This is a scam they are not a lender but a broker this a new way of conning people.

i got a call from them this afternoon and they told me that i had been granted the loan i had asked for and the money would be in my account within 2hours, but i was to ring 09065 154054 to complete the payment plan, i was on the phone for over 45 mins and i still have no money in my account and a phone bill for £73. so pissed off that people like them take advangae of people who are in need of a little help and all these people do is get you into deeper debt. they should be put up against a wall and shot.

don't ring this number if they ask you to as i have just looked it up and its in china or japan
