Hi I've been billed from these people for 40.00 I'm very very worried I'm claiming Jsa at the moment there's no way I can afford that on top of my normal bill

I have been scammed by blue letter ltd and have a £78 phone bill to now try to somehow pay and if it gets cut off my children will be the ones to lose out on being able to watch Sky these people are low life's the email address doesn't even work now u get a post master failure email straight back when u email it. How can I get my money back?

for all those who have had loan companies take money without authorization just call your bank ask for the visa disputes team and then tll them you are disputing the transaction and they had NO authority to take any money

Your bank will refund the money normally within 48 hours

I got a text just now saying sorry we missed your call please phone back never heard of them and never phoned them

Told I could get a refund of call charges blue loan instead no response and a 149 phone bill scam

I think these kind of companies need to stopped they actually scamming people and these people are the people that cannot afford to be scammed the law needs to change regarding so called broker services if u can't get a loan without then just don't bother. I know it's hard been there

Please don't even ring this company back. Had a text saying I've been accepted for a loan and to ring a free number. Shocked when I checked my bill this morning to find a £41 extra call from a completely different number. Contacted EE the chap was excellent and actually phone that it was a reverse cal or something and luckily for me they wiped it off my bill. Avoid avoid!!! It's just a company that charge you a fortune to send you a link with company's willing to give you a loan. I've had ones with both quick quid and mr lender both excellent even though you end up paying alot extra back but they do what they say!!

an old friend works for the blue letter company located in Glossop, this company is a scam they make you ring the number charged at 1.50 pm and there aim is to keep you on the phone for 15 minutes to run your bill up, they claim to approve your loans when in matter of fact they don't do loans and they claim that you will be refunded for the 1.50 pm number and when u put a complaint though for a refund they don't refund you

Fed up with texts and calls from this scam company. Why would anyone want to call a premium rate number to borrow money!!  Shame on you people who work for them and give out their scripted drivvel. Would you flog this crap loan service to your own family??

I had a phone call from a number that was blocked, when i answered it got bombarded with txt messages from a guy called chris.i was given a number of opions to pick and when i picked option 1 to speak to an advisor i was connected straight away. They didnt tell me where they were from straight away. After speaking to them they told me that i was been charged for the call but wasnt sure how this can be done. When i told them i wasnt interested they told me because i was been charged they gave me an 033 number to claim a refund. When i phoned this number all i get is this is a test message calls to this number are now inactive. Now i'm lumbered with a phone bill over 116 quid and no way of gettin my money back. Major scam here. Any1 any advice on what to do next???

Jist had same call and it took my credit, i gt told i had been approved , but whn i phn the processing dep , they said they didnt know if i had, so i said so u take 37 pund and dnt get loan or refund, scam, and there is other 1 but they ask you to pay 150 upfron in eye tuns and if you dn hv garountour,

F360 are another scam company, they took £89.50 from my bank, luckily my bank refunded the money while they investigate further. Robbing scum the lot of them.

It is also 0911 398 0008 I have literally just got off the phone to them , they might not take your bank details but the charge is still £1.50 . When I said I had no credit to call she politely told me I could use a landline anytime upto 7pm but wold not put me through . What a load of crap

Load of rubbish don't call 09113980008 they charge £1.50 a min and keep you talking for 20 min & on hold SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!
