- OutoftheBlueJust got call Dec 21st 2009 about 6:30pm. Picked it up to see what it had to say. Pause then a recording as previous comments. Load horn from cruise "This is your Captain speaking...". I hung up. I hope they don't keep calling. How can you get rid of these calls?

- cynthiai received a call from this number but didn't answer. but they did leave a voicemail saying they were from my insurance company, and they were calling about some incomplete info..
- Lode De Herdti got a text from them that is full of (seemingly) random characters. it mentions my phone number twice and the name of my provider.
what is this? - KeithI received a call from 1000000000 and didn't answer it. They left a voicemail so I then checked it and it was Blockbuster reminding me about returning a video I had out before a certain date.
I believe the number is from a phone service that basically comes from all over the place and doesn't want to have the number be known. Kind of like a collections company or something would be my guess. - dcDont worry its a phone app you could get with tmobile that allows you to input a number you want the caller to see. If they called or text with someone on you phone book its will hack as if they were calling.
- Caller: 1000000000

- Another SmithThis number just called my cell. I did not answer and there is no mssg. Freaked me out because my husband commutes on a bicycle and should have been home an hour ago so I thought it could be the police informing me something horrid happened! People can have heart attacks from stuff like this, it should be illegal to hide who you are through services like this. However, I am somewhat relieved to see that is likely a pager service for scammers to hide under but still rather annoyed...
- shawni just got a call from 1 000 000 0000 and could just hear a small baby in the background. what the heck is this?
- JamesSame number just called my cell. Some guy with Texas Childrens Health Insurance left a message saying my application was incomplete. First of all my daughter has insurance through a private insurer. Secondly, I've never applied for Texas Children's Health Insurance. Sounds like a SCAM!!
- CarolineHi! I'm from Québec, Canada, and yesterday this number called us. I wasn't there so I did'nt take the phone. I don't know what is happening with that but it's weird that everybody get this phone call for many reasons.

- Old geezserA text to my cell saying my sister was in the hospital an call back this number which was different from any area code in my province ? Then landline with a message Revenue Canada collections company saying both my numbers were provided by Revenue Canada - Set aside the fact that using family in that way --but it was over some young person with the same name as I on a over due student loan last year ??? Well I’m almost 60 and last seen a school more than some 40 years ago now an just wish I had the chance to go to University back then -- SPOOFING should be made illegal - we have identity theft crimes shouldn’t companies,,, any company be it collections /telemarketers - face a type of criminal fraud and prosecution under the criminal codes of Canada for misleading an unethical business practices ???
- Caller: Spoofed collection company
- Call type: Debt collector
- LukeIts not any particular company that uses this number...its fake to disguise whos calling. They do this when they think you may be able to recognize their regular number on call display.
- Dave| 1 replyJust got a phone call from a strange number (100-000-0000). I google the number and it brought me here. Classic scammers. Someone needs to find these [***] and give them an old fashioned beat-down.
- LOLERHi,
i receive a call from 100-000-0000 and i dont know how is it people can reply please. thnx - John Scarbrough replies to WENCHYour company does not have to allow collection companies call their staff. If you tell the Collection company that your company does not allow this kind of communication at work they must and most the time will stop call. It is a FTC rule that if they know they can't call a person at work or have reason to know they must remove the number from the call list.
Check with your boss and see if the company has this policy. If not they can add it.
