I have the same problem they called  me @ 5:30 am  I couldn't go back to sleep after that, Who the hell are these guy's and who likes to be called at that time of the morning? I thought It was a real emergency.

I used to work for the NEAR testing mass hypnotism technology.   There was a program we were working with that would call certain citizens numbers at certain times of the day. This call would never have a live person answer but would emit what sounds like computer handshakes or tones if you will. We would actually be sending out a tone that would cause a certain part of the brain to vibrate and become paralitic. If you think about it after listening to the tones you may have felt nausea and maybe even had to vomit. This had been our experience in testing this technology.  I eventually ended up leaving the program when I found out that some of the subjects developed brain tumors. I felt so bad for participating and tried to turn them in but to no avail.  My wife was threatened and we had to move to another country.  Still we live in fear that we will be found. All I can say is idle you receive a phone call from All Ones, DON'T ANSWER. I am currently trying to get the records released through the FOIA but its taking forever. I will post updates as I receive information.

No one is there. I have sent text messages to them to leave a voice mail if it is important and I'll return the call otherwise stop calling. The torture continues.  So far it's only lunch time and they have called 3 x's. hELP!! Thnx

I thought 555 #s are reserved for movie scripts because all the world's cranks try to dial the numbers

Called 5/23/14 and then again 5/29/14...i don't answer....

I've been getting calls finally answered....they were calling to update my credit card machine.....we don't have a credit card machine.....can you say scammers....

It's a fake university in the states selling degrees that can't spell !

i just got my first  1's  call.  it  turned  out it was a doctor  calling me to let  me  know  the result of some medical tests my daughter had  gone through.  *shrug*  kinda cruddy when  doctors have to play CYA to keep people from harassing them with calls.

Dial *30 it is call screen it will prompt you the buttons to push then the option block the last caller press 04 and pound. I just did this because I too received these calls daily. I wonder if it is a phone tap. I will see in the next few days if it works and will share here.

I have been getting calls from 1 (111) 111-111 on my cell for a few days and didn't answer at first .. I thought it might have been some internal Verizon thing (because my bill was overdue).  I paid my bill, but they still came in .. I answered today .. it is a collection agency for a store credit card bill .. they guy had a heavy accent and was nice enough, however I told him I was at work, couldn't provide him with information right now and told him to please call later after 5:00 pm .. He said he would call at 5:00 pm, and ended the call with 'please answer your phone when I call.' ... now THAT was kinda rude ..

It's a message service. I got one from American Shakeout for the Earthquake drill, luckily they left a message.

This number keeps calling me & when I tried to call back, you cant get through.

For the last two days I'm getting call from +441111111111, +551111111111, and +90011111111, they are telling they are calling from telecom company, but I don't know which telecom company. But no it's coming a miss call only. Actually where is the call coming from and what is their need...?

I got my first call from this number today. Unlike most people here, reporting clocks or fax sounds, when I said hello, a man VERY quickly, without asking my name or asking for anyone at all, said, "I'm sorry. I have the wrong number." CLICK. Hung up.
