Call today from 1-111-111-111 was from Royal Caribbean Cruise Line to advise me of revised boarding times for my cruise.

It seems like a prank call.

Their Back .....this is 2015 and I did not answer as not the first scammer to call me . If the number does not resemble a local number do not even answer it. Some scammers only require you to pick up the phone to use it somehow to do other things.

just got a call from this number, they said it was from 911 with an important message then told me to touch any number on my keypad, so i did then it hung up ????? WEIRD

sounds like a scam to get people to confirm its a "live" line (eg not a fax machine) then "they" either use the number themselves or pass on to other lo-lifes to start making undesirable calls ... get yourself a call blocker

Its been trying to call me over and over till I purchase a blocker that was shown Consumer Report magazine this month it comes with 880 numbers that have been reported. And it holds numbers amounts of numbers. And it working just great.
