Received the same call and they wanted me to call another number to receive it from Walmart.

They called and said it was United States grants. The woman first had an Australian accent then some sort of Asian accent. I asked to be taken off the list and she said no [***] you. So I blocked the number. Very annoying.

I got the 1191 call 5 minutes ago. At 1st I didn't think anyone was there. I heard something so I asked YTF do you people keep calling me!(I now get several a day from different #'s) I heard a male voice just start making some weird noise, like someone trying to sound like a bad imitation of a car starting. I said what? Dude made the same sound again. I somehow got the impression he thought it was funny. I don't even understand how that is a phone # at all.

Called me and kept telling me to suck his giant dick and continued to say disgusting things. He knew my name, too.

I got a call from +1191 it reflected United States I did answer the call thinking it could be my friend but there was no one on the other side was blank call ...is there any hacking issue related to this number? Is it dangerous or something? Pls tell if anyone knows anything more about such calls
