I got a call from +1191.... no one talk first time. Then got the second call. I couldnt answer. And also I couldnt call back.....

I just a call from this number and they spelled my name and ask me whether I can identify him and they used sinhala language.

+1191 call my chinese number three times in one day,maybe some guy use the illeagal app to change his orignal number,I never picked up,and suggest you not take it also.
