I keep telling my boss, "Why am I the one who has to call earthlings? All i do is call, wait for them to pick up, then say nothing, ABSOLUTELY nothing."

Started getting calls from this number.  Don't answer and of course no message is left....We send a man to the moon and yet we can't get control of these pesky calls.  Something isn't "kosher".....

I keep getting the same girl and and an Indian accent too. she was really mean.. kept saying she was from windows.and wanted to fix windows 8!!! she kept telling me to get my computer....and wanted to fix my computer. wouldn't Microsoft call??? so, I redialed the number and it is not valid.........the real number on my caller id is  v011608043400195 and under it says........123456789.........I left the phone off the hook until she hung up........next time, I am blowing a whistle in her ear!!!! scam artist to steal info?????

wtf? i am from Romania and i got this call from +1 (234) 56 . on my iphone say OH, USA. i dont know anybody there . i checked the number and i saw i am not the only one. but i didnt saw anybody from Romania who got a call like this

Some call me from this # saying my computer us about to crash. And start giving instruction to fix it by going in to my computer.

I receive approximately 5 calls each day from this number.  I do not answer; it shows in my missed calls.

123456789 called me today and it was a telemarketer (or so I guess claimed to be a health care company but said the name so fast could not jot it down)...He gave me the name paul williams..he asked for me by name..then proceeded to ask me about a surgery I had a while ago (haven't had surgery)... I told him that I do not discuss personal information over the phone...and he could not have hung up fast enough. So be careful to not give information, they maybe fishing for information and posing as health company. Also if this number is used to block callers I believe a movement should be organized to get this changed. I have had three friends in the last two years who have their identity stolen and it is messed up.

I keep getting calls from this number every day but nobody on the other end of the call. How can I stop this from happening.

I have received a call from this number numerous times.They never leave a message.

I received a call on April 15, 2014 at 7:26 am. I answered and said hello and no one replied. I don't know what is going on, but I don't like calls from unidentified numbers. If this continues I will be contacting the authorities. Thanks.

I received a call from this number today, and it was from Colombia and meant for me. I live in the Netherlands so I figure they use this kind of device so calling can be cheaper? At first I was reluctant to answer, but they called me three times so I answered.

So yes, you don't know who is calling you, but in my case it was an important phone call and not a hacker of some sorts..

We don't answer our ruddy phones  because we get sick of them ringing at all times of the day and night. Obviously yours does not !

To better inform everyone the number 123 456 7890, it used to hid the actual caller....it's called caller voice over internet protcol (IP) or caller ID spoofing. It's like a call card, with a pin. Look it up and better inform yourself. If anyone is familiar with the phone company Vonage? this company made this device, it's illegal but criminals now use to to hind where  they are actually calling from. A bill was passed in June 2007 Bill S. 704 named truth in caller ID Act. Law enforcement is expempted from this law. It original purpose was for business personal to make it look like there are calling from the office,which in return they were not. or the average person for privacy purposes. So fraudulent telemarketers use this device, they could be calling from anywhere, so be careful of calling any number back due to long distance charges.

I am tired of getting calls from this number, once every two weeks.  My co-worker gets one every day.  This needs to stop.  I did try calling the number back and it states it is an international #.
