Every day sometimes very early morning some ass**** calls. Also very late at night. Just had my first 123456789. Here we go yet another. I have put nuisance numbers in my directory as [***] [***] 2 etc etc. They still call but the name comes up as truly who they are

Yesterday August 5, 2016 I received 17 calls from this number, it creep me out because I answered once and they were speaking in another language, I even thought it could be some terrorist haha and today August 6, 2016 I received 6 calls I answered once again and they speak in another language angry hung up. So I decide to call costumer care and they gave me 2 options make a police report or change the number. I decide to change my number. If I get calls again I will then make a police report.
But it really creep me out sooo many calls.
Does anyone knows who could it be?

Keeps blowing my phone up and the. Hang up when I answere

Caller said that our Government was going to scrap all boilers that were not a "A" grade within the next 2 years, and  that I was lucky enough to qualify for this company to help replace my old boiler.  It was a recorded message and I hung up.

Receiving unknown calls and +123456789 numbers

123456789? Really! Sounds legit. Lmao! I don't get mad anymore; they're pathetic and not worth more time than it takes to press decline on my cell. Then I block them. Then they use another number. Then I block that number, too. And so it continues. I'll be doing this indefinitely, I guess. Whatever. My advice is decline ANY number you don't recognize. I figure legit companies/people would leave messages (they never leave a message longer than a 2 silent seconds) and I can choose to call back if I wish.
