Eiza, use the block option on your cell and don't accept any calls you don't recognize. I was thinking about changing telephone numbers too but it's so inconvenient and probably won't stop scammers anyway.
Try not to worry and remember you're not alone and they don't actually know you, they keep calling over and over hoping you get annoyed enough to answer ( which you did). Just don't give them anymore of your time.

I got called twice very annoying. First call nothing Next call Department of Health and Human Services

Called twice today and I know it's you sandra. When I prove it I'm pressing charges

On one day, Sept 1, 123456789 first time called, mid afternoon, crazy music. 2nd time, 6789, no noise or sound. 3rd time no noise or sound. My CM phone security showed word 'fraud' on phone screen.

Correction on my post. 3rd time called, 101123456789, no sound or noise.

123456789 keeps calling my number blowing up my phone i have received more then 20 calls today and when i answer there is no noise and they hang up after 10 seconds. Don't know anybody with Skype. Its really weird and creepy.

they keep calling over and over saying they are with the government and i won money for college or something and said ive been doin good on payin my taxes for the last 10 years and im 19... i have not been paying taxes since i was 9 i mean come on. and now even though i answered once already they keep calling me.

I keep getting calls from 23456789. 8 times in a hour. How do I stop this. This is every day all day.

I get at least one call a day from this number and the couple of times I answered, it was just static. No one said anything. A few minutes ago, I got three calls from this number, back to back. This is extremely irritating! And I am so afraid it might be someone trying to rip me off some way.

Look at your spelling, then look at your username and email and then consider why you are destined to lead a sad and lonely existance that will amount to nothing but failure and disappointment.

Ive been receiving calls from this number for 3 days  , when I answer they hear my voice then hang up, theres noise in the background and people talking . I believe its people trying to make a scam or know my identity.

I keep getting calls from 123456789 or 23456789.... rude foreigners answer. The calls keep coming.

This number called me twice an about ten times private. When i answer the call the person not sayin anyting

Same thing here, sounds like a robocall. Answered with no sound then big room sound, like a call center.  No response at all.  Some people have nothing better to do than sit around and think it is fun to spoof people or try to rip them off. My advice to those folks is to make something important of their time. Or it will be taken away from you

Ranting will not help. First file a police report in your county, city or state. Then a detective or an Investigator will follow up and forward it to the FBI. You will need to press charges and go on trial. Once FBI is involved this matter will be resolved.

I just want those numbers to stop calling its aggravating because they say such a high amount of money that many people can use but dont deliver

I have been receiving about 5 to 6, sometimes more, of these calls dai;y for more than two weeks now.Frequently they may een 2 or 3 minutes apart.Answered one today , but said nothing. Caller hung up in about or two seconds without saying anything. This is very annoying.
