Confirming the comments from David. I was called by Shirley, later claimed to be based in Reading with the phone number 01234 958008, who introduced herself as calling from "The Health Centre". Unfortunately I gave her the real name of my NHS Health centre! to which she replied "Yes" and was astute enough to ask questions about my health & lifestyle that I believed it was a genuine health & wellness survey run by an external agency. Though the names of Vivid Lifestyle and Green Life for the natural health supplement did not come up in Google as the scam, once I entered the phone number, fortunately David has been public spirited enough to alert us to this scam. Shirley offered me a special offer of 60 tablet plus 60 free for only £49.95 to be paid by credit or Debit Card.Despite me saying that I needed to speak to my Doctor about taking such medication she would not take 'No' for my answer so I put the phone down. Be warned - scammers, do not deal with them, go to H & B!!!

My 85 year old father just got duped by these scamsters. got a call from a lady with a thick indian accent saying that she called from his health centre and she had knowledge of his ailments. not sure how they get this info on old and ailing people. she forced sale of some green supplement for 49.99 and tricked my father to giving his credit card number.  astonishingly i see a charge of 299.00 on the card. no customer service available to refund money back. Reading TS has been notified by me for further action. beware, dont get scammed by these scums.

These people have not left me alone since last August when I stopped Contact with them, I had 37  missed calls from them in one day they don't take no for an answer they have incessantly phoned every few weeks after I phoned and they assured me they would take me off their data base. It's been total harassment , nine months later I am getting calls from the same person givIng me different names , he went so far as to say Richard Parker had passed away and he is Nick Knight and another name I can't remember . He is one and the same. I wish I had never heard from them. Shirley originally phoned me , and seemed to have medical knowledge of me I thought she was from my health centre. When they phone now it's from withheld numbers or something like 0103 . Something should be done about this. Please do not have any dealings with them.

I have just discovered my elderly mother has been. Receiving pulls from vivid lifestyle. Their rep names Jacob Brown calls and chats, making her feel valued and that he really cares then when she says she doesn't want any more he tells her she can't just stop and bullies her into fetching her card. Last time he called I was there and told him to stop pestering. After this she received another delivery of pills and was billed 199.00. Her previous bill was £399.00. I am shocked and appalled at this company targeting elderly vulnerable people. Any advice who to complain to?

My 80 year old father has also been scammed by these totally unscrupulous scoundrals. They are targetting elderly people in Australia through a company called 'Vivid Australia Company'. They have played on his concerns about dementia and have flogged him a series of vitasmin supplements that are vastly over priced. The last 'order' was for $1,000 (baout 500 quid) worth of useless pills.

I have reported this organisation to the Australian government 'scamwatch' service who I understand co-=operate with overeseas government bodies.

Not much more I can suggest other than keeping a watch on the cards and intercepting calls.

Got a phone call from a lady who said her name  was Amanda. Sounded middle aged with a distinctive English accent.
She was reluctant to give me any details about the pills she wanted to sell me or about the company that made them. She talked fast and with no gaps between sentences, and if I tried to get a question in she talked on top of me to stop me.
I recognized the tactics from experience with similar unjailed criminals who inhabit the share markets and brokerages and talk incessantly to wear you down.
"Amanda" claimed her pills, called "Stepup"  which contained Rosehip would prevent my arthritis developing further and prevent memory loss. I persisted with questions and she eventually gave me a NZ number to phone, 09 984 9486 which I gather is a direct dial number to the UK outfit called"Vivid Lifestyle Health Centre for Arthritis" (I think) with UK number 01234858008.
She said the pills sold for $100 a bottle of 30 pills in the supermarkets but she would sell me two bottles for $39.95 total. Both prices NZ dollars.  Equals approximately £50  and £20 resp. She was very insistent that I give her my credit card number and buy them right then from her.
    And no, I didn't and won't.

My elderly mum has just been contacted by an Indian lady called Rachel Watson from this company.  Again, stating that she is from the Health Centre and also saying they fund Help the Aged.  She was telling my mother that these pills would help her ailments etc etc.  Luckily my mum said her bank card was over my house, at which point, Rachel Watson was quite insistent that she gets her card asap and she would call her back to take the bank details. Thankfully, my mum guessed this was a scam and so didn't divulge bank details but she did however give her the name of her doctors surgery, her address etc.  It is sick that they prey on the elderly and vulnerable.  I will be buying my mum a BT call blocker phone.  We have one and it stops 100% of scammers and unwanted calls.

Thst person who called you was not a doctor. Just another telesales parasite operating, most likely, from Goa, or Mumbai. Have a look at the links provided by 'Rosehip capsules don't work!'. Tens of thousands of people, mainly the elderly, vulnerable and those with illnesses like dementia have been scammed by these despicable companies.

Fortunately , unearthing scams has been my forte and that too scams leading to us vulnerable.

My visit to India and back has been insightful with many documentary evidence to nail such scams, i have been assured of more evidence once i reach India post Christmas, one such scami is mentioned below,

This is regarding the Company named “Sanda Wellness” which is into health supplements related to various health concerns. Sanda Wellness changed its name to “Natural Wellness Products Ltd” which filed for insolvency and I understand that, ironically has been sold to the company “Your Lifestyle Products Ltd” and is presently operating in the field of marketing health supplements by means of telemarketing in the UK . The fact that the Directors or atleast one Director in the company Your Lifestyle Products Ltd is common to the company Natural Wellness Products Ltd and thus it cannot be ruled out that the so called dissolution and sale of the company Natural Wellness Products Ltd is a mere eyewash and a ploy of its founder Mr. Ajit Patel to evade prosecution.

These people have no qualms about ruthlessly scamming elderly and vulnerable people - often those with dementia - out of hundreds or thousands of pounds. Therefore i think it is only fair they should be exposed for the parasitic scum they are. Sandwellbeing are deliberately targeting the elderly and vulnerable. They announce themselves as calling from the "Health Centre". They chat away about general health issues, show friendly concern, until they find one to focus on and then pursue a large sale. They transfer calls between individuals which helps to build credibility and confuse the target. DO NOT use them. They are a truly insidious and invidious group.

The NHS in Nottingham issued warnings about Sanda in 2010:
    http://www.lpc-online.org.uk/nottinghamshire_lpc/?news_id=2592
Bogus call to Nottingham City patient instructing them to stop taking their prescription medication, Message received from GP practice in Clifton :-
A company from India under the name Sanda Wellbeing who apparently ‘phone the patient up and advise the patient to stop taking their medication. If patient's raise similar concerns practices / pharmacies should ask patients to report this to the local police.
The PCT should be informed if further incidents do occur.

Kent Trading Standards have received reports of bogus callers telephoning consumers pretending to be from a local GP surgery. The caller gives the impression they are from the NHS and asks what medication the consumer is taking. In one incident the caller persuaded the consumer they would benefit from taking Pomegranate tablets, they took credit card details and debited £179.50 from the account. A victim's son traced the call back to a company based in India. No NHS health professional would ever ask for a patient's credit card details over the phone.
Kent Trading Standards are warning consumers to be very wary of anyone cold calling and requesting credit or debit card details. If you are in any doubt at all end the call. In your home, on your phone, you are in control - hang up.

it appears that, owing to the inquiry launched by the Kent Trading Standards, Sanda changed its address last year and filed for liquidation. They have been successful in this ploy and are now operating as Your Lifestyle Products Ltd .

Sanda even had their own facebook page which has been abandoned after people had posted such gems as "The head of Sanda, Ajit Patel was on trial for years, when he was the Chairman of Goldshield, for trying to defraud the NHS by millions."

The director of Sanda Wellbeing Ltd (later known as Natural Wellness Products Ltd), Ajit Patel, also has a magazine called "Your Wellness" (print and digital: http://issuu.com/yourwellness ), published by Yourwellness Publishing Ltd and if you have a subscription for it they may have used the details you gave them to call you.

The Man Friday of Mr. Ajit Patel is an Indian National,  Vijay Bhagwandas Dalwani, who apart from being a Director in Sanda Wellness is currently a Director in the following Companies :

    Health Media Publishing Private Limited
    Oxeye Digital Solutions Private Limited
    Omatra Foundation
N Gage Marketing India Private Limited
Sanda Office Management Services Private Limited
    Sanda Sevaks Foundation
    Sanda Business Solutions Private Limited
    Dudh Sagar Spa Goa
    Baywatch Goa
    Your Lifestyle Pvt Ltd
    Your Wellness Magazine

Vijay Bhagwandas Dalwani is also the Chairman of the Indian company DNY Hospitality Pvt. Ltd and his family members are Directors. These people have no qualms about ruthlessly scamming elderly and vulnerable people - often those with dementia.

As per his Web site he claims to be some DJ with albums connected to his name, wonder where the funds were wired from.

Meeting employees working with such scam companies has also revealed the amount of funds the Directors have diverted to their family and their accounts for personal gain is incredible.

Further inquiries into the affairs of Sanda has revealed that the company has also evaded millions in taxes, both in the UK and in India and as a matter of fact there is a Police Complaint filed against the Indian subsidiary Sanda Wellbeing Pvt Ltd for Tax evasion which is presently being investigated by the M.I.D.C. Police Station, Mumbai, India under complaint number: MECR 17/2014.

Astounding as it may sound, Mr. Ajit Patel and his cronies have now ventured in the field of developing Digital Applications for Smart Phones and have developed an App named               “n-gage messenger”, which brags to be a world's first 360 degree lifestyle Chat app. The Developer address also being ; Suite 010, The Beehive, Beehive Ring Road, Nr Gatwick Airport RH6 0PA .  Please note that Vijay Bhagwandas Dalwani is a Director in N Gage Marketing India Private Limited.

With a proven history of blatant violations of the TPS and Data Protection guidelines and also Tax laws in the UK and India, how safe your personal data will be is anybody’s guess.

Beware , check credential, it would be an disaster , scam companies to have easy access to your phone and data.BEWARE.

Do not believe any of the positive comments here. They are posted by people working for Sanda trying to reduce the incidence of negative feedback appearing on Google. I encourage all of you who have experienced this scam to write here and expose these unscrupulous fraudsters.
