A bit of a coincidence here.  There is a company called Sanda Wellbeing in the same area of the South East.  They prey on the elderly and vulnerable by cold calling pretending to be Health Care Professionals and selling remedies like Rosehip tablets.  They say that they have a "special offer price" and only need your card number or bank details to send you a trial offer.  The only thing is that, instead of, say, £14.99 it turns out to be £149.90 and they send something like a years supply and take the money from your account.  Some elderly people have been so ashamed at being conned that they have not told family until they have lost thousands of pounds.  The company us based in India with a virtual office in the UK  There are other numbers on this website with literally hundreds of complaints from the people themselves and from their families.  There are warnings in Gps surgeries and Health Centres across the country about this scam.  As well as Sanda ther is also Elbon Wellbeing and Natura which operate in the same way. This "company" sounds like, either another of the same or Sanda using another name to avoid the complaInts.

Oftel records show that numbers starting 01797 335 are allocated to Gamma Telecom Holdings Ltd.     Might well be incoming through that number from an overseas call centre, which would go nicely with the Domain Registration.

I always check these numbers over the Internet, now. This number everyone is talking about just called with silence. Time to put in a blocker, methinks. I've been thinking about that for months.

My 91 year old father in law who suffers from dementia was called by this company.  They must have persuaded him that he needed their product as he has no understanding of what they actually are.  More alarmingly, they must have talked him through the payment process using his debit card as his dementia would have prevented him from being able to do this unaided.  My husband spoke to their operative when we discovered what had happened and they agreed to refund the payment on receipt of the goods but will not refund the postage which totals £18.  Sera Wellbeing told us that they never cold call and that my father in law must have contacted them - this would be a complete impossibility for him as his dementia is quite severe.  It would be obvious to anyone who spoke to him that he suffers from dementia but that did not stop Sera from making their sale.

Company director is Ryan Dcosta (a name that seems to have been spelt incorrectly for Companies House) and this appears to be his facebook account: https://www.facebook.com/ryandcosta1705  .He seems to travel quite frequently and seemingly enjoyed a lovely break in Goa back in May. Sanda Wellbeing, Elbon Wellbeing, Natura Healthcare and VitaBeing are all names of other similar companies who also cold call and use ruthless sales techniques on the elderly and vulnerable - and all these companies have links to Goa .Looks like this will be the next one to add to the list.

I've read the above comments and I can tell you that from what I'm hearing this company is willing to return money on refunds. I've heard of others that just wont refund and give all a run around. You should ask the company from where they get your number and call those guys and ensure that they don't distribute your number around if you are on TPS. It's best to stop these calls from the root where they originate from. If you return all the products intact companies have a return policy and they cannot charge 18 pounds for returns. Call them to better understand deduction of 18 pounds. At most they deduct 8 pounds if it's a big order or else 3.5 pounds

Nice try 'surveyor'  but your use of English gives the game away. Naturally this company will refund money to those people who will kick up a fuss - they simply do not want the bad publicity, nor do they want to jeopardize the continued and continuing revenue stream of countless others who have not yet realized they have been scammed. Often these are elderly, naive or vulnerable people who are having their bank accounts debited every few months for extortionate amounts of money for 'health supplements' that demonstrate no tangible benefits whatsoever. The company involved, like all of these companies (which I would bet my diseased liver have connections to Goa or Mumbai) use heavy handed sales techniques designed to trick and confuse old people. To summarize this is a scam company and they should be avoided at all costs!

Incidentally you might want to get the director of your company Ryan Dcosta to defend his company on this site, because these comments are bringing his companies reputation into doubt and if he or some other company representative does not want to justify this company or their actions they will just look more guilty, cowardly and untrustworthy. So Ryan.....ready to talk?

Hey opijni, You seem to have an opinion about everything and when checking other sites you seem to figure there as well. If you have a problem you should come out with it to the company directly and not try and gain mileage through such tactics. Looks like you work for a competitor and hence making false accusations without any substance. If you have a problem with the company, approach the company and their legal team will clarify any questions you may have.

Ahhhh - the good old 'you must be a competitor trying to ruin our business' line - how predictable and trite....you know every company that has been exposed as untrustworthy or devious resorts to using this line. You said yourself I seem to have an opinion on everything, therefore you will notice I make comments on threads that relate to a wide array of different companies and the dubious products/services they provide. I will warn people off using dodgy PPI claim companies, dodgy rating surveyors, companies that take upfront fees for non-existent loans, etc, etc.  Do you honestly think I am a rival competitor of all of these different types of company? No, that does not make sense. Tell me, if you are offering products that have a supposed health benefit to people over the phone, what qualifications do you have? What regulatory bodies do you adhere to? Or is it a plainer truth that you only rely on deceiving vulnerable, elderly or confused people into agreeing to the rubbish you sell? Have you Googled Sanda Wellbeing, Natura Healthcare or Elbon Wellbeing? Have you seen the complaints made about these companies online? Can you not see why we think you are just operating the same scam under a different company name? I think you know I am aware of what you are doing, as I said before a post from your managing director or someone in a senior position within your company is now needed to quash the accusations made against your company. Simply pointing the finger and accusing other people of being a competitor will not suffice.

You are funny! You are already assuming that I'm part of Sera Wellbeing and you take offense to being called a "competitor craftsman". Keep on the good work. Cheers! Let us know what else you've researched on.

I'm making the assumption based on the premise that English does not appear to be your primary language and that previous scam companies like this have been and are based overseas....typically in Mumbai or Goa - a location that appears familiar to the director of this company according to his posts on his Facebook profile. This coupled with the deplorable actions of similar companies in your line of 'business' - many of which are documented on this website - enables me to join up the dots. How many clues do we need to be given before we end up making quite logical conclusions? Sorry you don't like the conclusions that I and others here are reaching, but you have to admit, scamming vulnerable and often elderly people is a disgusting way to make a living - would you not agree?  You've tried the innocent 'hey guys I hear this company is willing to refund money back to customers' approach. You've tried the 'you must be a jealous competitor' approach.....keep going, your very predictability just makes it easier to identify you as someone who obviously has a vested interest in this company.
