If you are not happy with people with calling you regarding a debt that you have not settled, then dont get any loans. Simple solution to a simple problem

If you receive these calls or message best believe you take it seriously because if an agent was to locate you or visit you to repossess your vehicles or assets due to repayments behind or not maintained - best believe police cannot do anything if the security still belongs to the bank. Not trying to scare anyone, its just the amount of excuses you here on why it wasnt maintained or they didnt know - trust you were attempted to be contacted or you assumned clh are mind readers and can read your minds where you details have changed etc.. Its up to you but at the end of the day, you signed a contract, you knew about your accounts & you were advised :)

Constant calls 7 days per week all day everyday

I have received a call from a private number asking me to call them back, apparently it is important. There is no identification from them, except for the number they have left me.
