DAVID from this number left a message on our phone and said, " You better ring before 8pm tonight, or else. What sort of ***** owns this service. Trying to scare people.

They are rude arrogent people, "David" the superviouser talked to me on the phone and told me sorry threaten me "we can do this the easy way or the hard way!" how is that to talk to someone I'm reporting this as I spoke to a lawyer and was told that is verbal harrasment. REPORT AND COMPLANE!!!! These people can not do this!!!

Got a message from my neighbour saying that this number has been calling her phone for someone who lives at my address I rang them up and told them the person they are looking for doesnt live here and to stop calling my neighbour, how unprofessional to get a neighbour to pass on a message! then he tries to get all of my details and when i say no he starts to get aggressive so i hang up only to have them call me back numerous times now thinking of changing my number

Have had constant calls also from this number then receieving a text from"Neil" demanding that I call him imediatley and quote a ref number. I know what the bill is about but they expect too much as a repayment. They will not comprimise. If they want my attention they should send a letter in the mail!!
Then the best is - my partner answered a private number from my phone and it was a guy claiming to be a mate of mine and wanted to know where I was and what I was doing! then when she started asking questions he said it was "Neil" and for me to contact him and quote a ref number . How unproffessional and downright rude!! Liers!!

$5.00 per month?$10.00 per month?
take into account the size of your debt, take into account how you actually react on the phone and have a think would you speak to your parents that way if you owed them money.
how about you actually look at your budget and learn how to manage your debts.
ring up the company and speak civily with them and im sure you will get a decent arrangement into place.
as with all collection agencies if you actually call them and speak civily you will have alot better relationship with them, i know that with my dealings ive had to call up and advise them when i couldnt make a payment and most are fine and will do what they can to actually help you.
so get off this "POOR ME" syndrome and face the facts,
YOU OWE MONEY,
how they react to you is only a reaction from how you treat them.
you want respect, and to be spoken with calmly how about you try and show the same courtesy.

so if they rang your old work and you found out about it, obvs you are in contact wiht someone from there, so how about you UPDATE your details with them?
or get on a payment arrangement?

A Michelle keeps calling she is.rude and nasty I have laid a formal complaint about her no reply from her supervisors. She even left message laughing all the way through the messages when questioned she denied.that she called. This company needs to be investigated even taken to court for harassment but I Don.t have the means to do it.

Simple, you owe the money you pay it. For these people to be engaged it has gone past a simple miss payment.

I am a student not even out of high school yet. I don't have a bank account, have never taken out a loan, whatever. So tell me, State Mercantile, why are you calling my mobile? I've told you multiple times that I'm not the person you're after because I'm NOT in debt. I eventually ended up blocking the number, hopefully they won't try to contact me again.

I am constantly getting phone calls from this number after hours / during working hours any time I told the caller this is my work number and I ma not rh eperson they are looking or owe money to their company. My mate who worked at this desk left the business and I told the caller 1000 times not to call this number.

If I receive any more calls from today i.e. 26 th June 2013 I will inform to Victoria Police and commumication Ombusmanand make a written complaint. I could not be so polite and civilised. Maintain some proffessional ethics I do know as a debt collection compnay you have an obligation to collect debts and serve your customers. But do not show your frustration and anger to the people who do not owe money This way you won't be in business for a long time.

Even when they have the wrong number, these imbeciles won't check their own data. Each operator uses a false name and constantly interrupts calls. At least I now know if my business needs to use a debt collector, don't use these twits. We have informed them 4 times that the company they seek are not at this number and have never been.

I just called them. It is a debt collection agency called Panthera Finance. AGC sold off their debtors list to these letchering wh0res.

bullies who shout at you over the phone, they repeatedly call time after time harrassing you at work.  Is there a limit to how many times they can call a day???????
