its a calling system which is very cheap from internet 1000 PKR contain 400 minutes to different countries in the world its not a scam just somebuddy making u fool.dnt affraid.

GUYS THIS IS SCAM. I LIVE IN DUBAI AND I GOT A CALL FROM A 17772790608 FROM USA SAYING I WON A SCHOLARSHIP AT SOME UNIV. AND TEY CALL ME BACK AROUND 20 TIMES FROM THAT NUMBER, AND AROUND 2/3 TIMES FROM +1999 .. GUYS PLEASE DO NOT ANSWER. THIS IS SCAM. THEY ALREADY TOOK MY BANK CARD DETAILS (AND I WAS SO NAIVE) BUT I MANAGED TO BLOCK MY BANK CARD.. THEY ARE MESSAGING ME AND EMAILING ME FROM ALL THOSE WEIRD NUMBERS.. PLEASE DO NOT ANSWER. THIS COULD BE VERY HARMFUL .. I'VE SENT THE MESSAGE TO EVERYONE

I am getting a missed call from 1999 for last two days.Don know what it is all about

A call from 1999 means someone is calling from Skype or other paid service. Most probably its a glitch in the system that misdirects the call to the wrong party.

I am receiving calls from the same number. Sometimes it's +1999 or 1999, some other times no number is displayed. But the senario is different. I joined an online part time work and the according to the information provided to me, the local area field coordinator is using these numbers to contact me. This is really perplexing situation that you people are getting calls from this number but for different purposes. The person calling me is a Pakistani and probably present in Karachi. I am now trying hard to stumble across the fact.
