I dont know.... who this number is....+1999...just miscalling but still i am afraid to attain this call....is there any guy who can tell me and assure whether to attain this or not?

I am receiving call from this number from 3 days and when i receive the call i remain silent but no one talks from opposite 😞 dont know who are they?  I think it will be better not to answer the call as we dont need to pick up.
