Whose number is this ? It calls at midnight.

I got a call from this number and they left a message.  It as from an organization that is helping me with a felony domestic violence case in which I am the victim.  Obviously they use this number for privacy and discretion because when I called the number earlier (note that I called them) my phone said "PRIVATE" and it never does that.  There are many women and children who are hiding from stalkers or violent exes.  This organization is very careful with being private and discreet because of that.  I'm not saying that this number is not also used by scammers.  I just know that in my case it was legitimate.

Please tell me about that number i m worried

OK - I give up - how do you block calls from 1999... especially since this is 2019?

You figured out how to block calls in 1999 and you waited 20 years to tell us?

I can say this is legit. As I got a call from this same number. For the same situation.

First OFP expired and now they're helping me get another one. Not only in our current residential county.  But also our previous county where family reside.

On another note, I hope you're doing well, and your abuser was put away.
