I have received several calls today saying that he is from Microsoft and that I may have a virus on my computer and he wants me to turn in on so he can resolve any issues.

Now they are targeting landlines in Sydney Australia. The caller ID was 2013386210 with the old "were from Micro$oft"

Indian accent as per usual.

I receaived a call from this # and was told he was a microsoft rep and I had SERIOUS virus problems with my computer which need his immediate help to clean up.  The charge would be between $150-$250.  I told him to call back later.  Contacted Microsoft.  This is a scam!  When he called back I told him I had contacted Microsoft.  His response was, "You called Microsoft? That is a shame."  I told him it was for bad for him and good for me and hung up.

they called my mom and said it was windows the guys name was supposedly alex he said he was in california and they somehow saw reported errors from our computer the number the guy gave me wh;en i got on the phone was 866 539 8674  not totally sure if this was legit or not.

Heavy Indian accent - called at 7 a.m. - told me a strange man was using my computer - I told them a strange person kept calling me and hung up.  Obviously scammers.  Ignore calls from this number

Got call from 201-338-6210 telling us we need to protect our pc. Find the blow below to be correct. Called and they denied calling using the above number. See below "Don't even talk to these people... They are from India, and their company is called Arjunaa.. They have a web page that looks legitimate, but their "tactics" on getting new customers is disgusting. Then they kept calling back asking us to pay them for their "work" on our computer...We called Sprint and had their number "blocked", but I think they found us again by using this number.. The other number we had from them was 866-539-8674...Do not answer these..By the way, we are in Nevada. Supposedly, they were calling England and getting alot of complaints their also...

Just had a man call me from "Windows support" (NJ phone number, Indian accent) claiming that my computer had been sending error reports regarding viruses downloading in the background. He wanted me to press CTRL+WINDOWS+R and enter some scripts to resolve it. I kept asking him what would happen when/if I did it and he was unable to answer my questions, insisting that he was trying to help. I then asked him how his company got my phone number and how my phone number could have possibly been linked to my computer. He got upset and went on a long rant about how he isn't trying to scam me and how I am wasting his time by asking questions etc. and proceeded to tell me to either do it or "go to hell". lol, I of course asked to speak with his manager. He "transferred" me to his manager which was obviously himself while attempting a different voice. The best part part? This "manager's" name was Ricky... Ricky Bobby... Then when I laughed and said, "ok, sure thing pal" he said "please hold [***]" and hung up. Don't fall for scams ladies and gents.

Scam! I'm offended they called.

Trying his best to scare me in thinking I have PC issues.

I have received repeated calls from the number (201)338-6210 and don't normally answer if I don't know the number.  I decided to answer & ask to be removed from the list.  The caller stated his company was getting several error reports from my computer.  I then asked him to remove my phone number from their list and stop calling.  He started to basically yell into the phone F*** you, f*** you.  And I replied "Really?" and he said "Yes, f*** you hard, f*** you".  I hung up while he was still repeating himself.  You know, he almost sweet talked me into buying his services. ; )

Phone call "Brad" telling me that Windows was showing Errors and Warnings on my computer and that my computer would crash if I did not follow their directions to correct the problem. Told them I would call them back. "Brad" hung up on me.

Claim to be Microsoft saying my computer has viruses. Call every day, asking for different ppl. Someone needs to put a stop to these idiots.

I got a call from this number today,  It took me a while to understand what the person was saying due to the heavy accent, but they told me I had acquired a virus.  I asked them to call me back on my cell phone and that was 2 hours ago and they haven't called back.  I'm glad I read your post because now I can tell them I will report this number as belonging to scammers.  Thank you so much.

Guy from India called my elderly mother and asked if she had a computer. She said,"No I don't own one."  The guy then asked her why she doesn't have a computer,  Mom then hung up on him.

Sickos called me too.  Love playing with them.  I pretend to be really stupid, it is hilarious at how gullible these idiots are!!

Calls numerous times every day including Sundays.  Just another gang of thieves.

I have also had this person call and say the he was from windows support. Asked me to go to my computer and wanted me to put in codes. Sorry, no way this is going to happen. CTRL+WINDOWS+R  is to activate remote access. I hung up. He called back. Seriously?  My husband told him to stop calling. So far no more calls. We will see if I have to get out the air horn again. Works great by the way.

I got a call from the 201-338-6210 yesterday and this woman (with Indian accent) said there was something wrong with my PC.  I told them my PC is none of my business and hung up on them..  They called again today, different guy (also with Indian accent)  frustrated I just said you don't need to know about my PC this is a freaking scam and told them to take me off their call list.  And the guys response was "Mother Fu----!".  I asked him if he called me a MF and the just said F--- Y-- and hung up!   Felt good to do that.  

I guess there is alot of money in scamming people and they must be desperate to do this kind of work.  

I got this call from a man with an Indian accent. I think he is the same person who called about the IRS  and my credit score. I have added him to the blocked list or callers. Phone # he called from was 201 338 6210.
