got a call on 8/8/13. No one answered when I said hello.

Got a call around 11:25 am. No one answered after I said hello so I hung up.

I received a call from this number this morning...the man asked for ***** I told them there was no one by that name here...they hung up...he was Spanish accent and looking for someone with a Spanish last name...

Received a call this morning on my cellphone, asking for my wife.  I asked who they were, then they hung up. Indian sounding caller. I'm writing my congressman, asking for a bill to be submitted on these type of calls.  The current phone company that services the calling number, be fined for every complaint we submit, but alas, I know the phone companies will just price up our current phone bills...we will still remain the bill payers.

Posting on this board does nothing but allow you to let others know that scam calls are being made from a certain number.  This website does NOT take action against the caller or report unsolicited calls to the FCC or anyone.

Wants to sell you a worthless "Extended Warranty" for your car. In our case is was for our 2008 Nissan. The call is not dependent on your year, make, or model; since it is a worthless policy.

Called this morning. Let it ring through and they did not leave a message.

just got a call from same number. guy kept trying to confirm my name. wouldn't tell him anything and kept asking his name and where he was calling from. he didn't like that i gave pushback and told me to 'go back to sleep' and hung up on me. obviously, he was not happy with me turning the tide on him and not answering questions until I got information from him. same issue when I try to call back. 'this call can't be completed as dialed'.

Some [***] keeps calling me from this number and hanging up. When I call back the number, I get the message that the call cannot be completed as dialed. Seems to be a gang of criminals trying on a phishing spree.

they keep calling even though i tell them that i am on the do not call list, they hang up mid sentence. They ask for me by name and tell me it is about an extended warranty for my vehicle. they call at all hours and it is the same each time.

Never leaves a msg

Got the call, figured it was a spammer since I didn't recognize the number,  so I just muttered stuff into the receiver. No one answered.  

1st call no one was there. They called back 3 minutes later.

Arrogant telemarketer said there was no way they had called before.Said something about the way the computer was set up.

Call concerning auto warranty. Said WE had done business before. Spoke rudely.

Called 4 times today!  I didn't answer the first 2 tiimes.  On the 3rd call, I told him I sold the car 5 yrs ago and called him a few choice names and hung up.  He immediately called back, probably to cuss me out.  I've now put this number on my "reject" list with the phone company.

Got a call from this number, answered it. The woman calling asked for my daughter BY NAME. When I told her she wasn't here. She asked for her husband. I told her she was single. Now I'm worried that if this is a spoof number that I may have said too much.

what can be done to put them out of business?

the number said Hackensack, NJ......... calls all the time and I usually let machine get 'um, but got sick of the crap today so picked up and some idiot (sounded like he was drunk) fumbled around trying to say my name (he had first and last name, it's an easy name....dah) I said don't call this # again and hung up ---- then dialed the # back, just get busy signal. I have kept a record of all #s since Dec 1st and how many times each has called (122 so far) I have tried several diff options (not answering, telling them not to call, remove my #, calling them back - recording always says "number disconnected!", banging the phone on the counter.......etc.  I like the whistle idea from Sandy, that is my next purchase!  oh, I am on Do Not Call List.....   :(

This number has been calling multiple times a day leaving no message.

They call all day long and never leave message on my answering machine.  They must be crooks.  Death to all telemarketers!

I DO GO ON LINE TO QUERY THE NUMBER AFTER MORE THEN ONE CALL IS NOTED. I WILL NOT CALL ANY OFTHESE NUMBERS BACK ESPECIALLY NOW THAT A NEW SCAM WAS JUST NOTED ON TV THIS PASS WEEK. THE SCAM: YOUR PHONE WILL RING ONLY ONCE AND THEN HANG UP. THEY ANTICIPATE YOUR CALLING THE NUMBER BACK TO SEE WHO CALLED YOU. THE PHONE WILL ANSWER AND PUT YOU ON WHOLE. IT'S WHEN YOU GET YOUR PHONE BILL THAT YOU FIND OUT THAT YOU'VE RETURNED A CALL OUT OF THE COUNTRY AND YOU GET HIT WITH A LARGE LONG DISTANCE BILL. BEWARE!!!!! IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHO IT IS IGNORE THE CALL COMPLETLY. I HOPE THIS HELPS. BY THE WAY BE SURE TO LOG TIME ,DATE AND THE TELEPHONE NUMBER YOU CALLED SO THAT YOU CAN GIVE IT TO THE TELEPHONE COMPANY.
