By  mistakenly i have attended the call from +! 202 455 8888

This is legitimately Google calling.  I activated 2-step verification on my google account and started getting my verification #'s through this  number.  Be aware that scammers can make it LOOK LIKE they are calling from this number.  Before I'm given my identification code, the computer voice always says that google will never call and ask for any numbers or ID from me so if you're not expecting it, then it is likely that someone is up to no good and is trying to access your account.

I just recently got called by a (202) 455-8888 number,i don't know who is?

I got a call from this number asking me to put in a code 26... Let me start from the beginning. I first got a text from this number: 334-247-7531. His text said: Hello this is Mark how you doing today DJ Services  am hearing impaired and Do you accept credit card  are you the owner? (his wording and punctuation, probably not a native English speaker)(I do advertise DJ services in Columbia, SC on Craigslist) I said Paypal or Cash. He said: I can't remit my card infor transaction through paypal and square for now because its always double charges me and i just inform my card issue about it but there trying to get teveything fixed until month end because can reset my account information do you have any other merchant apart from this paypal and square to run my credit card. I said I'm sorry. He said: OK i will call you now so i will give you a code when you see the call now. Thats the gist of it.

I git a text message the man siad I want to but your truck (we have for sale on craigslist) can I call you now so I replied yes. He text the first time from 213-275- 5759 then I got more text asking me to enter my 2 digit code he said he was calling from a google phone 202-455-8888 I hung up he called again I had silence my phone to avoid his calls     I recieved both text and call's from this man.

This number called me twice. The location said it was from Washington, DC but I didn't know the number and didn't pick up. It left two voice mails each with an automated british voice saying something like "Do not share this code with anyone else, no one from google will ask for it. Your code is (i cant remember). I repeat your code is ----" The code was the same in both voice mails.

I didn't answer the call

It's a scam It wants £5000 pounds of me

Keeps calling me from Craigslist ad

9 calls from this number in the middle of the night, to cell phone.  No idea who or what they want.  They are a huge nuisance.

I received this call asking for an ID verification #.  I received the # form a person I was texting back and forth with someone wanting to buy my car on Craigslist.  They were asking for my name and address and when I wouldn't give it to them because I wanted cash he tried this idea.

I was called from +1 202-455-8888.who called me and why.I didn't pick up the call because it was an unknown number.
