did not answer phone - did not even know about it - called ID says "MANITOBA". Called back (blocking my # with *67 first). Got voice mail about epsis audition studies. Hung up after 5 seconds.

called last week and my husband answered the phone they asked for me by name. they wanted me to preview a movie on DvD that was to be sent by ups or fedex. I was to watch the movie and then they were to call me back on the 30th of September. first call was on the 17th of sept. I never recieved a DvD and they called me 6 times on the 29th but wasn't home that day. they called back on the 30th (caller ID said 7 times)  and asked If I watched the movie. I said I never recieved a movie and they said they would resend it the next day and I could watch it and they would call back in a week. I told them I was going out of town and couldn't watch their movie. At that point they told me very rudely that I was not eligable to participate in their survey of this so called movie. I am not sure what kink of scam this is but it is annoying that they keep calling so many times. Also the person on the other line was a women. the number was from Manitoba MB.

I've gotten 3 calls today, from this and 2 other numbers.  When checked on Google, two were St. Jude and this one from Winnipeg.  No messages from any of them, just many calls a day.

They have called a few times in the last two days. I think I'll answer with a fake name.

Left no message on the answering machine.

I have been getting repeated calls from this #...caller hangs up and leaves no message.  I answered today and it was a survey...I told them to remove my name from the call list

they are a marketing research company. why they are calling outside of canada is beyond me.

Calls several times a day and leaves no message.. what happened to the new legislation that was supposed to stop more of this?????

They have an office in Washington state.  Unless I miss my guess, conducting business and having a presence IN the U.S. means they may not be immune from obeying numbers in the national do not call registry, regardless of where the call originated.

Report them using the Washington office as the company who committed the infringement, this should give the feds a little more leverage from which to prosecute:

Called three times on a Sunday - no message!  How do we stop them?

They called and left no message and then called back about 15 minutes later.  I answered the phone and the man on the other end of the call said he was with a market research company and was calling about a TV show he wanted me to watch.  He asked for a woman between 18 and 54.  Then he asked me my exact age and I refused to give it to him, so he thanked me for my time and hung up.

My number is on the national no call list. I do not know why this number keeps calling. Manitoba?

called the number back they are a market research company, they have an option for removing your number from their data base

They called my cell number. It's an investment company. I told him that I would report the number on the Do Not Call website.

I received a call from this number for the first time today. I always google phone numbers that I don't recognize on my caller ID and that's how I found this information. I have been getting TONS of calls from telemarketing & survey places lately and my phone number is registered on the Do Not Call list.

This is a telemarketing survey company from Canada Ipsos

I received a call on October 30 and November 1 from them (same number both times). They said they were audience studies and wanted to send a DVD for us to watch on November 11, and that they'd call back between 3:30 - 6:30 on November 12. Never received the DVD. I live in an area where there is a lot of TV/Movie filming going on, so I thought it was on the up-and-up. After reading all of these posts, I am super concerned now. At least they didn't ask for a Social Security Number or mother's maiden name.

Called the company back and left a message. Guess I'll be filing a more formal complaint with the various federal agencies.

Get a few calls from this number every day.I screen my calls, thanks to caller ID. Now I will block this number, a great feature on my phone system.

Got three calls this evening (so far) from this number, no message left. Unsolicited, that's for sure.
