5-22-15 This morning I was awakened at 8:30 am by an automated robotic call with a chopped up female voice on my cell phone. The message was the same as the others, saying "This is the IRS and further stated the IRS is filling suit against me and to call 206 734-4414 immediately"  and then repeated the number.
I was still groggy and no pen and paper and was able to verify the number was the same as on my phone caller I.D.
In disbelief while trying to come to my senses I thought the caller did not even ask me to verify if I was so and so.
Thoughts still racing through my mind was  surely the IRS could afford a better quality recording and why would they call before they officially contacted me by mail. Assuring myself that the IRS should have no reason to contact me I googled the number and thank God for this forum. I knew dimes had changed but who knows how long I would have worried.

There was  a call on my answering  machine stating the irs has a law suit against  me for me to call  this number 1 206 734 4144. Who is this they also mentioned a case file but left no case file information
