All fake.  Don't get worked up over it.  These people are scammers and will try to get your money.  No processes server will tell you they are coming to serve you.  Also, debt is a civil matter not matters for law enforcement.

I have recieved this message for the 2 time today with the message I had legal action pending and willl be arrested at my home or work, along with other things. This last time they let a message telling me all the above.

My 14year old daughter got a voice message from these people and she was really freaked out! Same message as everybody else on this site.... Somebody needs to find these people and file charges!!!!

My son received a call on his cell phone as well they somehow are accessing cell accounts to call every number on the account.  They would have to be, there is no way they could have gotten my sons number. VERY disturbing.

Called former employer and left message of fraud when I returned the call no one answered

This number keeps calling and saying they have fraudulent charges against my as no and they are going to issue a warrant but when you call it back it says they are not accepting calls or the voice mail is full

Yup.  Exactly the same. Told me i had 2 charges against my #. But I think, can't be sure, it was saying my name was damien locket.

They just left me a message at my job.  This is a really crazy.

They have been calling me persistently and have been hounding me for over 1 week.
Said I had to call a number in which I did but never was able to speak to someone.
I have filed a report with the Attorney General of my state as well as the sheriff and the  DA.
I have done some research at it says that the number is a mobile phone number.

Same call.  Same recording.  Second round of calls from them.  I called the number back and asked the name of the company.  Alexander and Associates.

I have 2 counts of fraud being filed against me.  After I am served all my rights are forfeited!!!  I'm sure they scare many people.  They need to be reported and thrown out of commission!  May file a report after a while.  I'm too busy doing my own business to mess with them at the moment.

I received called from a debit collector stated charges against me for two counts of fraudulent activity on my name  and  social# and there will serve a summon on my job or at my house. They left a case number and I need to call immediately.  This is a scam please stop I had enough can this be stop!

Left a voicemail stating I have to fraudulent charges against me and I will receive a subpoena at my work place or my home, don't know anything about it.

Why y'all calling me in what for

This is the third day this number has been calling me saying I have two legal charges against me linked to my social security number. I need to call their legal department.... This is crazy. 2077100712. American accent and a female. I went to The police department and gave them the number.

Same call here today leaving a voicemail. Threatened a summons because of two fraudulent charges/activity. Clearly a scare tactic scam to get personal info and/or $$ for a "settlement".

My client has received numerous phone calls from (207) 710-0712. When I called to follow up on the alleged complaint, the person who answered my call hung up on me.

been receiving calla from these people since january they will change their phone number every so often so they can't be caught. They call for my husband i did call the number back they refused to tell me their name, company name & address & since i was the one that called instead of my husband they said that they'll be charging me with the same charges.
