Same number same call about fraudulent activity

They called me and I received an automated message saying there was a complaint filed against me and to consider myself served. They had the last four digits of my social and when I called to question them about it, they got rude and hung up on me.

another call from these jokers,don't believe them,they are money hungry sharks.please be smart and don't pick up or give out your info.You have rights they know that!

This is a scam. They try to have you call back, then want you to give your name, SSN, and date of birth. Then, they will try to perform fraudulent activity on your behalf.

They call and give acase number stating I have 2 counts of fraud against me!

I received a call from this number and thought it was from a collector I'd already spoken to so I didn't answer.  Another phonecall at 3am this morning left me wondering if it was emergent.  I listened to the voicemail the 207 number left and it was a recording mentioning the fraudulent activity against my social and gave me a reference number to identify after calling 207 back.  Of course they threatened me with a summons to court and claimed my legal right would be waived if I was served before I called the number.  After dialing the 207, it claimed the message box was full and didn't identify a company or anything.
If this were legit, not only would I have been served without a phone call, there would be a legitimate business name attached to the number and the message for voicemail would identify a name or company.  It wouldn't surprise me if this number was a Google number. AND anyone asking for my social verification obviously doesn't do business with me regularly so they can leave their messages and I'll decide to get back to them when I feel like it.
It's sad when we have every state out there trying to help people get back on their feet through state programs and we still have scammers harassing those who have just made it back as a working, contributing citizen.  I hope their not writing these calls off as business expenditures.
