For the last two days I have been receiving calls from 212-260-1308 and I have no clue who it is?  Any ideas????

I have been receiving phone calls from this number and i looked it up and from a :

I don't know if it's correct but this is getting anoying and I have sprint so my only option is to change my number because they can't block the number and i have had my number for 7 years and i am not about to change it because of this. please some one if there is any help of stopping this. PLEASE HELP!

They call and no one is on the other line.  If you don't answer they don't leave a message.

8:15 PM Wednesday, July 8th. Just putting the kids to bed; they got riled up again from the phone ringing.

Marzena B Maloszycka is a VP at Citicorp and this is her number according to the white pages.

I got at least 4 calls on Thurs., 9/17/09. My answering machine picks up after 2 rings, and the caller repeatedly hung up as soon as my machine's greeting message started.
I don't have Caller ID, but after the 4th call I dialed *69 to find out the phone number calling me and got 212-260-1308. A Reverse phone directory search yielded the name Marzena Maloszycka, with one address in Manhattan and another in Weehawken, NJ (not a 212 area code!).
After Googling the name, I found more info, and will try calling "Central Research" at 212-260-0070 to attempt to remove my number from their list, if I get more calls.  The calling company is also known as Central Marketing, Inc. and a contact there is Carol McMahon, at 212-260-0070.
No idea whether Ms. Maloszycka is connected with them or has had her name hijacked. LinkedIn.com website shows her working as a VP at Citicorp.
I finally stopped getting political robocalls now that NY State's 9/15 primary election is over, and now this nonsense. Just how many exceptions are there to the national "do not call" list? Politicians, "non-profit" organizations, surveys, and this rogue autodialer too?

I get this number, 212-260-1308, calling all the time, annoying at best.

Allied Interstate Collection, based in FL, will call you all the time. They try to collect bad debts based upon a phone number even if you just got the number and have no connection to the previous people. Paying them is bad for your credit and you MUST mail them registered return receipt in  order to have them stop, but it is no guarantee they will ever stop. They buy blocks of bad debt, maybe $1000 for $1,000,000 worth of debt, and then start calling the numbers on the OLD files. Maybe a number you just got. They can get judgements against the number and put it on your credit report. This group is evil.

Someone from this number has called 3 consecutive times within 5 minutes.  No message left.  If you're number is on the national do not call list, file a complaint every time they call.  I have.  Maybe this will help with these calls.
