Got a call from this number just now on my cell phone. Didn't answer. Says from Los Angeles, CA

Silence so I hung up. Sez Los Angeles area.

Thank you everyone for taking the time to post about this number.  I also received a call from them to my cell phone.  Did not answer it.  Checked the number here and now I have blocked it on my cell.

Called at 9:20 am. Left a message on my machine. Claimed to be giving away a Bahama cruise for two, free of charge , for simply participating in a short survey. Press one to take the survey, press nine to have your number taken off their list. I blocked their number. I don't respond to these "too good to be true", offers.

recorded message says press one to do survey and win cruise. I hung up.

Caller hung up. This is the second time I got a call from this number 213-257-5233.  Yet my phone is Registered with the Do not call Registry.  They need to stop calling period.

Got a call, it ended before I could pick it up. No message, nothing. I actually tried calling it, but I got a message from Verizon saying that the number has been disconnected or no longer in service. Disconnected and erased from the phone company's entire history after less than 2 minutes? I'll believe that when hell freezes over. These parasites are getting clever.

Received a call at 10:42 PDT.  Did not answer, no message.

Received a call from this number , answered it, I don't know why! It was silent for a minute no one answered then they hung up on me I called back got a message this is a non working number based in L A, immediately blocked it!

when I called back 213-257-5233 a message comes out saying this is verizon wireless the # you called is no longer in service or has changed.

How can this be? who is using this # to make calls

I didn't answer it but someone mentioned student loans I've been out of college for decades/ scam!!

Called this number back and got a Verizon message that the number is not valid... they had just called me from it. Must be a spoofed number. SPAM

Recorded message wanted me to take a survey to try to win a cruise, beginning by pressing "1", or "2" to be taken off of their calling list. I hung up. I'm already on the federal Do Not Call list.

Got a call at 9:05 am, some perky female recording saying I won a cruise to the bahamas.. But since it was a voice recording and did not mention a company i hung up.
