placed an order only to be charged twice..when i called to have only one charge they argued that they only charged one time all the while i am looking at the charge from the on bank info.. they are liars..if oprah winfrey represents the and cnn maybe they are the ones who should stand up to the plate..

This isn't a scam then?  Someone trying to use your number for free long distance?  It's an actual business?  Because they've been calling my house for a while now and we (my wife and I) came here for help.

I honestly didn't have any problems with their live chat person when I went to the site and asked to have my number removed. She confirmed that I will not be receiving any more calls.

I told her the number that was showing up on my caller ID and she confirmed that my number's been taken out.

I know it's frustrating, but just go to the site, be nice and ask that they stop and they should.

This is ridiculous! This number constantly calls and when it goes away, another number calls in its place! There has to be a stop to this nonsense! Unbelievable!!!

This call occurs every 45 min-1hour; when I called my carrier to block the number their log shows that this number has NOT been calling me, but when we dial the number there is a message of the number being "invalid".  Can anyone help me with this?

they call several times per hour and never leave a messeage so everytime they call I *57 them and the call is traced and sent to the local police department after about 7 or 8 phone calls have been traced then the authorities can step in and do something about it.

This stupid company has called me 5 times today and it is barely 11:30 a.m. and I never even ordered anything from them. I did visit there web site once but never went all the way through with anything. What can I do to stop them from calling me???

They have called my cell phone as early as 5 am!  This is absolutely ridiculous!  COMPLETELY out of hand!  As soon as I answer, they hang up!

They finally stopped calling me from 1-866-407-1024, but now calls from this number started yesterday, and yes, 3X in a row.  It will probably go on for months, and it doesn't matter whether you tell them to stop.  In fact, I think they get worse if you do that,so I don't plan on calling back or answering.  I'll just ride it out, but how do you actually get them to stop?

I viewed their website at the begining of this year. And am just now receiving phone calls. They only call once a day, but have been doing it for about a week now. How do I get them to stop?

They did not even call my home phone.  Some how they got my cell number.  Called twice within 30 minutes.  Did not answer because I do not know anyone from a 213 area code.  Wonder if a airhorn will make them stop calling.  Only shows a phone number on my cell.  Called the number back and got a recording saying all agents were busy. The next available agent will be with you shortly. My numbers are on the do not call list.

They keep calling & do not answer when spoken to.  When calling them back, you get a recording that states that all representatives are busy.  How do you get them to stop calling??

Man I WISH they called me at 5am. I live in North Carolina and they called me at 2 AND 3 AM! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!
