so after reading all these i got very worried. i too visited the website but never placed an order. got my first phone call this morning and saw this site. i called their customer support number above and got someone on the phone. there was SO much static i could barely hear the person. i told them i wanted my phone number removed from their system. i gave it to them and she said it was not in the system (surprise, i know) and she said "the only way we would have your number in the system is if you placed an order with us" and i said i visited the website and never placed an order. make a little note in your system that this number is to never be called again or there will be consequences. she said she made the note of it and i asked her for her name. you'll never believe this. "roger.. r-o-g-e-r"

these people are ridiculous.

This is the first day I have received calls. I immediately googled the number and found this site. I've received four calls, always a half hour apart. I answered one and was hung up on.

yeah I was receiving several calls a day from these people and I also never answer the phone unless I know who it is so I finally called the number back because of course they don't leave a message and she tried to sell me the tea but I just told her that I couldn't afford it and I haven't received a call back yet and that was over a week ago.

came up as "California" didn't answer, number promptly blocked.

yea it is wu-yi tea cuz they called before n i talked to a lady n i tried to answer the next time they called n they hung up cuz i was goin to tell them to quit callin my phone

I want these people to stop calling my home

They call early in the morning. multiple times a day. I am sick of them.

I used the site mentioned on page 1 to remove my number.  It worked for a while and they just called me so I am going to try the site again.  I can't believe this outfit... I dare not say company because that would be unfair to the other companies out there who are legit.  After reading others' stories, I am glad I didn't buy the tea!

I will definitely NOT order their product since their conduct is reprehensible... I will persue this legally if I have to.. I have just UN-subscribed & I hope that works to stop the phone calls & e-mails...

If one more of those clowns call my emergency cell phone again i will go crazy. I dont answer the calls but its annoying seeing the calls coming in every 15 - 30 mins. Is there a law for this? gosh

I haven't called them yet to remove the charges they put on my card that I found out about today but anyone who will not remove a charge off your card ask them for the corporate # and the corporate address and let them know you are calling the Attorney General as soon as you hang up with them. It is serious when you call the Attorney General on someone they are up in their [***] getting to the bottom of a corrupt company and taking them down. I did that once with this Smart Circle company who sold me a discount card for spa services. The spa went out of business and they refused to refund my money because it was going to expire in a month. I told them I was call the A.G and they sent me a check the next day. I still called the Attorney General to give a complaint for future reference.

I get about 4 or 5 calls a day... it rings two or three times then hangs up. I've tried calling back, but no answer. I've never sign up of anything remotely close to tea.. so I don't know how they got my cell phone number... its really annoying.

These people start mainly in the evening, but as soon as they start calling the calls are about 4 minutes apart.  Its riduculous.  I wish they would stop!

i got a call from this number also and i have not been on the website....they need to stop calling me NOW.
