I too started to order their tea, did not submit the order after searching for other information. It just takes a minute of searching to find out what a horrible company and inferior product this is. This was aabout 10 days ago.  This morning the phone calls have come at 7:59, 8:10, 8:14, 8:19, 8:22, 8:25, 8:27, 8:34, 8:37, 8:40.  I am leaving for work, wonder how many calls will come in while I am gone??  Time to contact the Attorney General about violations of the no-call list.

I also did go to their website and they got my info...they have been calling me every hour on the hour on my cell...I am tired of it!

Okay I not only got tired of it but I also filed a complaint online with the Better Business Bureau. I suggest that you all do the same so here is all the information on this company I was able to collect.

OMG.. I agree this is ridiculous! I have received 7 calls in 10 minutes....I put  my email on the unsubcribe list hopefully it goes into effect ASAP! Theres no way this tea works that well

I didn't order the tea and don't plan on it either.

I didn't even GIVE them any info and they called my cell FOUR times between 7 & 7:30 tonight!

Well, either the BBB's website is glitchy or the info's gone.  I can't find it ANYWHERE.

BTW: the address listed on Ontario Mills Pkwy is part of Ontario Mills Outlet Mall.........may be a false addy.

I just submitted my complaint to BBB today!! This has been going on since July 08. Thanks for providing info.

Hey I never contacted them and they are calling me.

Either leave a message and tell me what the *&^#* you want or STOP CALLING!!!

I've asked them 3 times to stop calling. The last time the caller was belligerent, telling me not to sign up for things I don't want. I explained to him that I didn't sign up for anything, as I never completed the application on account of the hidden price buried at the end...

I just followed Florida Mom's advice and registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

this number calls me every five minutes and when i answer they hang up so i called it back and it said someone would be with me soon and i wait 40 minutes and no one ever answered.. grrrrr i wish they would stop calling me

called 4 times - just talked to cassandra - everyone has a horrible attitude and simply  hung up on me!  so - - called again and asked for a supervisor and shockingly they don't have one available.  uh huh.  i've worked customer service - there's ALWAYS a supervisor.  so finally they confirmed my number and said it would take off the list.  we'll see.

They called my # 12 times yesterday.

Hi, Thanks to all of you who posted here, I too had looked at Wu-yi tea on the internet using my wireless internet card but had not given my credit card info, anyone receiving calls from 213-452-6539, 213-228-8111, 213-426-8701, 213-426-2708 or 213-533-8042 do not give them any information and file complaints to the CA AG office, FTC, FCC and your state's AG office immediately. I keep getting this number on my cell phone.......I have answered and could hardly understand the caller. I have answered and no ONE was there on the other end.

I got a call from this number and noone answered when I picked up I said hello twice and then I heard a click. I called the number back and some foreign lady answered I told her to stop calling my house, They called back 30min later.I am calling the BBB!!! This is ridiculous.

This number keeps calling my cell number.  when I answer, they hang up.  What is wrong with these people...very iritating.  Is there any way to stop this
